Vitex Elixer for Women 4 oz.

I absolutely love this tincture, I heard about the "vitex elixir" on an herbal podcast and decided to give it a go because my periods had always been all over the place, and since taking it for 2 months my periods have been less painful and on time every month, this tincture personally works wonders for me and it feels good to k ow I'm getting the added vitamins I need, it is super easy to take i just put a drink amount of water in my mouth and add a syringe of tincture in my mouth and swallow super convenient

I brought this cause I am 43 and as we know your cycle will go off wack at that age due to pre-menopause. Well I been taking this for about 2 weeks...and my cycle is acting right again. Granted the taste is pure hell...but what I do is mix it with my mango juice or any other kind of juice and I don't taste it anymore. I will be buying more of this.

I really believe this helped me feel sane during peri menapause. Also helped my progesterone levels to rise. I do have to take at least one full dropper a day and 2 dropper fulls 10 days before and during cycle.

I wish I could give it 10 stars. This is best vitex on the market. It works quickly......balanced my hormones and in a few months I was pregnant after trying for several years. Awesome!!!!!!

I was having very frequent periods (THREE in one and a half months!). As soon as I started taking this, recommended dosage three times daily, my periods have normalized, I have no cramps, no PMS symptoms, no bloating, no loss of energy. I feel absolutely normal during my period and I attribute it to this elixir. Thank God I found something that works!

I reached out to inquire if any of the side affects included nausea or other stomach pain. I receive an email back saying they could not offer any "suggestions" due to health issues and that I could not get a refund. This wasn't helpful at all as I was inquiring about the the product and didn't even ask for a refund. I would be very weary of this product if you have any sensitivities and/or care about customer service.

lifelong PCOS problems had me looking for natural ways to balance hormone levels. I will probably use vitex daily forever! Gaia always has dependable high-quality.
