Pro: Overall it’s great for when the bunny can’t be out. The top is used for his litter box with Timothy hay and Mr. hops has plenty of room to turn around. The bottom is filled with several toys, water and a blanket.Con: Don’t use outside, wouldn’t hold up to rain and water would get in every angle. The ladder is held up by two tiny screws so we used the size up in the package, 6.2 lb rabbit. Plus it’s very steep!!! He wouldn’t go up or down after hours of being in it. We took a 2’4 block (pictured) and put it at the bottom of the ladder, this also helped the one latch at the top become sturdy as well. Minutes later Mr. Hops was going up and down and loves it:

Overall, the instructions were very easy to follow and building this by myself was a relatively simple project. I highly recommend using your own tools when putting this together; it comes with a screwdriver but I couldn't get a single screw in with the one provided. All I got out of that thing was some blisters. Please use your own philips!Everything arrived in pretty good condition, considering how much the box was beat up when it arrived. A little disappointed about the large spot missing paint on the front-facing "fence" on the roof of it, but considering that's the only major chip in the paint I'm not that upset. Shipping was incredibly quick from my seller; I received it within 7 days of ordering.The wood is darker than in the product photos on the page but honestly I'm quite happy with that. It matches my decor and other furniture wonderfully. Having wheels on the bottom has made clean-up (such as vacuuming) very quick and easy compared to my previous hutch.Not all the parts fit together perfectly flush but it's only really noticeable if you're getting close and looking for imperfections. During the building process I had to flip it around and move it quite a bit and it held up very well; overall it's build is very sturdy considering how light-weight it is.I'm no hutch expert. And I've never had a hutch this nice before.. but I am very happy with the product overall. It's perfect for my one, small rabbit and inexpensive for what you get. It's bigger than I expected it to be, but I'm also very bad at math so go figure.

It’s very challenging to get it to align and match up but we used zip ties. A ton of people say the screw driver is the wrong size but you can pull it out and it’s double sided. My only issue is the ramp does leave a whole bunch of room and it’s short on the right so really can’t put a litter box anywhere but in front of the entry door.

For an item as pricey as it was, I would have hoped that the design would have been better.First, the pullout trays aren't nearly deep enough. It's supposed to be easy to clean, but if you have to scoop out everything by hand, it totally defeats the purpose of having pullout trays.Secondly, the ramp to the second floor is WAY too steep. Not once has my rabbit been able to get up there. I'm going to have to get a block or something to prop it up so that hopefully he'll get up there someday. To add to that, the hinge was pre-assembled on the wrong side.Third, it feels like only half of the product was pre-drilled. Trying to assemble it by hand by yourself and hoping everything is aligned properly is easier said than done. The wood is soft enough that you can screw into it without a drill, but after a while, you really feel it in your wrists (and I'm a 35 year old male that does physical labor).The instructions on where to place the hinge for the roof should have been more clear. There's nothing saying how many inches from what end it should be, so it's a total crap-shoot. I can barely open it right now without risking the roof slamming down on my hands.To be entirely honest, I want to send this piece of crap back, but it's already assembled, the box is gone, and I can only imagine what difficulties I'd have to put up with for a refund. Spend your money on something better designed.

Overall we are happy with it.Cons:It’s made of particle board so it can break if your not careful. It took me and my kids almost 2 hours to put it together. I read the measurements before buying but still wish it had been bigger for the price. The only real concern I have is that the bottom tray doesn’t fit like it should and it seems easy to fall out of the bottom. The track needs to be wider so the tray can fit properly. We’re going to need to add a little more support somehow to keep it from falling out.Pros:it’s cute and our bunny loves to go from the bottom to top. She’s able to stretch more where before she was stuck in one of those bring home cages from the pet store. I think she likes it much better.
