2-Year Accident Protection Plan for Kindle Oasis (10th generation)

This is just a disaster—the person taking the claim spent a couple of minutes looking up the word “expedited”…i really dread making a claim for square be prepared to spend at least an hour on the phone before you even begin the process of sending your item to verify damage…

Nothing wrong with the protection plan, however, the Oasis was not what we expected. All items related to the Oasis were returned for a refund IN ONE PACKAGE and refund requested ON 5 ITEMS. SO FAR 3 HAVE BEEN REFUNDED. NO REFUND RECEIVED FOR KINDLE OASIS OR 5W USB OFFICIAL OEM CHARGER AND POWER ADAPTER.

I got this to help in case my Kindle Oasis has a problem. The modern version of Kindles despite the better viewing screens have short shelf lives which don't equal value for their cost. I am hoping that with this warranty I will get some discount for a replacement better than the $5 recycle credit I got when I returned my Kinde HD fire tablet. Hopefully, since the Oasis is merely a reader I may have a longer shelf life, like my first original Kindle which I used without problems for 8 years, until it lost the ability to charge.

This was extended warranty company. They wanted to start coverage even before kindle was delivered. When I contacted company there response was they are not a paper company only online. Never sure what that meant so I cancelled purchase.

When I purchased my latest Kindle Reader, I decided to also purchase this Protection Plan which was offered at a reasonable price. Haven't had to use it and hope that I won't have to, but if I should need to use it at least I know that I have this added protection.

Haven't found anything I don't like yet . My favorite feature is the expanded memory! That alone is a big plus. Just so you know I will be hibernating all winter with my new Kindle Oasis, and don't forget to pick up the 2 yr,Accident policy. I always do. I have never had to use it, but you never know!

Unlikely to be used based on all statistics known, however.Worth the value considering the significant cost of the Oasis. It’s best to be safe(er) than sorry for an unexpected breakage.

kindle has hardly been used, maybe twice at the most, and now that I need to use it for my classes, it's stuck and won't turn on and won't turn off; I have no idea what's wrong with the thing.
