This guitar exceeded my expectations for the price. The sound is clear and well-balanced, with good tone whether playing chords or single notes. It feels comfortable to hold and play, and the neck is smooth, making it easy for both beginners and experienced players. Tuning stays stable, and the overall build quality feels solid. It also looks great in person. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Arrived on time with all parts included (guitar, gig bag, strap, picks, tuner, extra strings). Packaging was intact and the finish is clean with no dents or chips. Out of the box, the neck is straight and intonation is close, though a basic setup improves playability. Factory action is a bit high; lowering the saddle makes first-position chords easier. Fretwork is acceptable—two fret ends are slightly sharp but manageable. Sound is balanced with decent projection for practice and lessons; it won’t match mid-range instruments but is consistent across strings. Tuners hold pitch once the strings settle. The clip-on tuner works, though it reads slower in a noisy room. The gig bag is lightweight and fine for storage or short trips, but not heavy protection. After a week of use, there’s no buzzing and it stays in tune. Overall, good value for beginners. Rated 4/5 for the included accessories and build, with one star off for setup and accessory quality.

Shocked by the quality for the price. Beautiful wood backed up with a strong and clear sound. Tuner works brilliantly with a fantastic near instant response time. Great bag, with some extra accessories. One thing that really was TERRIBLE about this was the capo that was included. Honestly the worst capo I have ever used, super clumsy (Plastic) and awkward, I got a Bright green neon one as well so it was a total eye sore. It broke within the first week. But the guitar itself. Fantastic, I bought some elixer strings like I did for my $700 Wasburn guitar and honestly the sound quality is nearly exactly the same.

Playes well for the money no complaints

This is a guitar made off an assembly line to be cheap as possible. The saddle and bone are too tall that makes the guitar strings so tall you can’t even play past fret 6. The tuner did not work right out of the box and the guitar picks are almost paper plate material. I tried tuning the guitar strings right out of the box and 2 snapped immediately and scratched my face, the machine head screws even rattle when playing fast. Doesn’t even feel like real wood and so light I could chunk the guitar 100ft. The capo doesn’t even fit, you have to press down on the strings so the capo can fit on the higher frets, that’s how high the strings are. Do not buy this unless it’s for a child, cause this isn’t a starter guitar but a mirage of one.

The guitar did not stay in tune. It basically became unusable, it is not possible to tune it between songs. The rest of the accessories were good.

Arrived on time. Sounds great. My daughter loves it.

Hi. I bought this guitar for my husband’s Father’s Day present and now the bridge is lifting off the guitar so it is not holding tune. What options do you have to correct this? Replace the guitar or pay to have it fixed? Thank you Tina
