I love daifuku!! Thank you again Royal Family!!
Very satisfied. I love daifuku and it is soooo hard to find!!! Even at the huge Asian market they do not always have it. The taste of pandan is very mild, kind of like vanilla, so don't let the green color worry you, that is just the pandan. I would say these taste like a light vanilla coconut rice dessert. I just love the sticky, chewy texture, like eating a very thick goo made out of sticky rice pudding, I don't know if that helps. If you love daifuku then Royal Family by way of Amazon is the only reliable affordable way to keep getting it. If anyone knows anywhere else that you can buy this stuff in the greater Phoenix area, please respond and let me know. Thank you!

but the flavor is great. The coconut on the outside of the mochi ...
These are delicious! I'm a big fan of daifuku mochi, but I've never tried this flavor before. The taste reminds me of the sticky rice that is served with mango as a Thai dessert. It's subtle, but the flavor is great. The coconut on the outside of the mochi gives it a really nice textural element that a lot of mochi don't have. I think these are my new favorite flavor of mochi.

Tasty Enough but Tougher Than Some of the Other Mochi Treats I've Had
This is a tasty confection, although it seemed to disappear too quickly! Each mochi cake seemed to have somewhat thick outer layer with smaller filling area, but what it had was satisfying to the taste. It is not as good as those little individually wrapped Mochi Daifuku treats that are much softer and more what I think of when the word "mochi" comes up. It's good enough, though. I sometimes buy this to make up an order that qualifies for free shipping. It is a diverting confection to have every now and then, a bit more expensive than the mochi one can get at an Asian grocery store, but then again, I don't have the means to drive 50 miles to get it most of the time. It is nice to have the option to order it online.

Soft and delicious
I LOVED these! I really like daifuku mochi and I don't get it often unless I go to an anime convention or asian market (which is not often.) I saw these and decided to give them a go since they were a different flavor and brand that I haven't tried before. They were great! I loved the coconut flavor. If you're not a coconut fan, you might want to try something else. They were very soft and squishy, just like daifuku mochi should be. I'm definitely going to order more again soon!

Slight coconut taste
There is a extremely slight coconut taste to these. If you are a big fan of all things coconut then you will most likely be disappointed with these.

Not for me…
These were awful… at least to me. To be fair, perhaps someone with a palate more accustomed to Asian cuisine would enjoy them. Who knows?! I threw out the whole box after one bite… did not like the flavor, nor the texture.

Perfectly mildly sweet and filling
I liked these a lot! I always hate how overly sweet the strawberry and melon mochi are, so I was reluctant to try these, but I was pleasantly surprised. They are perfectly sweet, not too sweet, not too coconutty, just right. I will purchase again.

Delicious
I loved the taste and texture. There was flavor but it wasn't over powering. If you don't like a lot of textures in your food you may not like it. It has about 3 significant kind of textures. The coconut shavings on the outside, the gelatin mold outer layer (the mochi), and the smooth bean paste inside. For me they all blend very well together. I really love it.
