Got it for my daughter who previously had a memory foam mattress but was finding it was sagging after only 1 year of use.As soon as she got on this she noticed the difference. It is firm enough to support and there is no springy roll when you turn over. No springs can be felt so the top padding is decent.Only thing is (though I guess you have to pay for this) is that you cannot turn it over, you can only use one side but hopefully as it is a decent quality it should still last longer than the last one before it starts to 'dip' in the middle.

Needed a little more padding in between springs so had to get a mattress topper

Doesn’t even fit a single bed properly it’s short

A very good mattress but it is very firm ending up buying a topper but very happy now 🙂
