I repeated the order..from last 6 yrs I m using same shoe..loves looks..material is pure leather even inside..all three colours are premium look and mostly it's Hush puppies..goodfeel..first shoe I purchased at showroom it's Rs.6000..used nearly 5 years as I seen the offer on Amazon I repet order in Rs.2500 Thank u Amazon..

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Stitching Quality and No Support for Warranty Claims!I purchased these shoes because they looked good and seemed comfortable, and they are comfortable. However, the stitching quality is extremely poor. Within a short time of use, the stitching started to come apart. This clearly falls under a manufacturing defect, as mentioned in the product description and Amazon’s warranty policy.Unfortunately, claiming the warranty has been a frustrating and impossible task. There are no clear instructions provided on how to raise a warranty claim for manufacturing defects. I’ve tried multiple times to reach Amazon customer support, but it’s either extremely difficult to get through or downright impossible. For a Prime member, this level of service is unacceptable.I expected better after-sales support from both Amazon and the seller. Right now, it feels like there’s no responsibility taken by either party. If I had bought this product offline, I could have directly walked into the store and gotten it exchanged or repaired without all this hassle.I’m sharing this review here hoping that someone from Amazon or the seller will finally take accountability and reach out to resolve this issue.
