This is a good beginner's hip scarf, or if you want one just for short at-home practices. The coins have a nice jingly sound, and it has a great pattern to them. The colors are true to the picture, it's a very nice blue. Being chiffon, the material is see-through, which is nice.However, since it's chiffon, it doesn't fit as well as a velvet one does. Plus, after just one use, the coins on the end of the ties started coming off. I eventually just bought a velvet one from a different site. It was also hard to keep this one where it needed to be; it seemed like it was always either too tight and high or too loose and falling off.Bottom line, you get what you pay for. If you just want a cheap scarf, this is a good choice. If you're looking for a longer-lasting, more comfortable one though, I'd recommend a velvet one.
