I have wide feet and non-diabetic nephropathy. My feet hurt all the time and it feels like I am walking on pins. I was looking for a wide, comfortable shoe. This one did not work for me. The shoes are nice and look comfortable, but not for my foot condition. Also, the bows are very large. If you wear long pants, the bows interfere with the hem of your pants.
