I like the PUL-like backing with the terry
On first impression these appear well-made. I like the PUL-like backing with the terry, which is relatively soft for a larger looped terry. The size is perfect for any standard sizes changing pad, but looks deceiving thin when you unfold them the first time. I was alarmed until I went to use one - fit well, stayes under my very wriggly seven month old without bunching up too much, wide enough to catch most of her surprise pee attacks. I will update my review once I've run them through the wash a few times, but all in all I'm pleased and glad I chose these liners. I can see we'll be saving money not using disposables, and I feel better knowing I'm not putting more plastic out into the environment.Update: These pads have held up well in the washing machine. After many washes they are showing no signs of wear apart from some discoloration from mixing colours.

Machine Dryable and Phthalate-Free = Busy Mom's Best Choice
The main reason I purchased these liners is that they are machine washable AND DRYABLE. Other brands are machine washable but not machine dryable. After melting a few competing brands in the dryer, I was air drying the liners, and it was just taking too much time. Our newborn goes through multiple liners (especially if Dad is changing diapers...) on some days, so being able to dry these in the dyer is an incredible time saver!I was pleasantly surprised to see that the waterproof backing on these is phthalate-free, which just sweetens the deal. Phthalates are plasticizers that have been linked to various health risks in infants and children (several types of phthalates are banned in children's toys in the US), so reducing my child's exposure to phthalates is important to me. Given how much time my child spends on the changing table, a phthalate-free product is a welcome choice.Below are the pros/cons I've found after using the liners for about a week and a half. For the convenience and health factors alone, I'd choose these liners. I did receive a discount on my first set of liners in exchange for a review, but I like them so much that I'm going to purchase a second set at full price.PROS:*Machine dryable!!*Phthalate-free*Slightly larger surface area than competing liners (due to retangular vs. oval shape - see picture)*Very soft and supple fabric (compare backings in picture)CONS:*Liner does wrinkle up and slide more on the changing pad than other brands*Finishing is not quite as good as other brands (see picture)UPDATE (1/24/2016)I still love these liners. Other review have noted that these liners are narrow. I think this is a feature of this type of liner generally rather than an issue with this particular brand. They are the same width as the other brand I purchased. My child is 5 months old, and they are still wide enough for him. If he has a major blowout, then sometimes I will have to wash the changing pad cover. Overall, these reduce the amount of times I have to wash the changing pad cover. They're meant to be used in conjunction with a changing pad cover, but they do not replace one.It is also true that this liner wrinkles up more than other brands. I presume this is because the backing is made from a different, phthalate-free material than the other liners. For me, it's no more than a mild annoyance, and I'd gladly deal with the wrinkling up to have a phthalate-free liner.

But they are super thin and do not hold their shape all
I bought these because the Babies R Us liners I had been using "warp" in the wash (what really happens is the edge trim shrinks, so keeps them from sitting flat), so I decided to try these. These linears are soft and seemed to wash well, without coming apart, shrinking or warping. And they did their job of stopping pee from getting through to pad itself. But they are super thin and do not hold their shape all. So every time my baby moved, the liner moved too. By the time I finished changing the diaper, the liner would be complete bunched up under her back and not under her butt protecting the changing pad. I've gone back to the Babies R Us liners, since they stay where I put them.

I love the quality and feel of the panda pads
I love the quality and feel of the panda pads. The only thing I'm disappointed by is the size. I should've looked at the dimensions more closely. These might work for a newborn full length as long as they don't have a big blow out. Otherwise I'll end up turning them sideways and they might work to cover the diaper area and to the left and right of the baby. I was hoping for something that you could lay the baby on and it would complete cover the area they are laying on from head to toe and width wise as well.

Must-have newborn essential!
Having been a fan of changing pad liners ever since a friend told me it was a must-have with a newborn (who knew how important this little layer of fabric would be! Saved me many late night clean-ups.), I was excited to see a more attractive, bigger, softer and dryer-friendly version come on the market.I would say Panda Pads are a must-have newborn essential. The color is a beautiful soft white and I love that it’s dye free. The size is perfect for total coverage, yet visibly still showing my cute carters changing pad cover and the fabric feels so so nice. They are totally leak-proof, so the protection they offer is awesome. And a pack of 4 seems to be the perfect number. I never am without one. These are also the most affordable bamboo liners out there – all the others end up costing more money per liner.I’m happy to be able to avoid using disposable liners and further filling up my trash can and the landfills – I already do enough damage with my diapers.

Gets the job done
These are good basic liners that do what they say so I don't have to wash my changing pad cover as often. The only drawbacks are1) They are quite a bit smaller than my changing pad and with the curved sides of the pad, they tend to fall into the center so I have to stretch them out again every time I use them2) The terrycloth-like surface on the top sticks to the velcro of my diapers (g diapers) and swaddles so it can be frustrating having to unstick things repeatedly while changing a squirmy baby. But if you don't use much velcro then no big deal.I will still continue to use them.
