These laces (white 63 inch) are true to color and size. However, they are not very densely woven, which means they stretch out a lot when you tighten them. Unstretched, these laces had a width similar to my original converse laces. Once I tightened them and tied my shoe, the laces were about 50-60% as wide. I haven't used them much, but I assume that they will be less durable than laces that hold their shape.If you are getting the laces for show (rather than to hold the shoes on your feet), they'll probably work fine. I would not purchase these laces for athletic shoes.

I bought these for my vans high tops. The laces weren't identical to the original ones but they definitely work. The laces look a lot more like Converse ones (Vans are usually a little thicker?). Quality seems solid, haven't worn them enough to know but the price is very reasonable either way.

So there you are, tying things up and you would expect that when you tie someon.. something up, that the knots would hold. But alas, if you wait long enough, these shoelaces ever so slowly come undone. So if you defeat and tie up your arch-nemesis, waiting for the cops to show up, and you turn your back, you're going to be in for a big surprise!!! Use something else! For the good of all mankind!All joking aside, these laces come undone within a few hours of tying them, no matter how many knots you put in them. So every day, I'm either tripping over and/or retying my laces 3 to 4x a day.A bit disappointing, but not uncommon in the shoelace world these days.'Nuff said.

I specifically ordered the 63" laces because I like to double-tie the bow and have plenty of fabric to be sure the knots won't slip. I also have a wider left upper foot and ankle due to previous injury and surgery, and the extra length ensures that there enough length to accommodate that. I received the shipment very quickly. I put the rainbow laces on my white trainers and like the fun look. The white laces will be great when I want to go monotone. So far the laces are sturdy and hold the knot when I tie them. As long as I keep the shoes in the closet when I'm not wearing them so my laces-chewing cat can't reach them, I believe they'll hold up well!

GREAT Replacement for my skateboard shoes. I have a pair of eS Men's Accel Slim skate shoes, which recently had the laces tear. Rather than replacing the entire shoes, however, I figured it would make a lot more sense to simply see if I could re-lace them. These laces were just the ticket! They are better quality (thicker and more substantial), than the original laces the shoes came with, and keep the shoes nice and tight without coming loose at any time, no matter how roughly used the shoes are.-In addition, while they work with my shoes perfectly, they also do not leave any "excess" behind (at least with my shoes), that ends up having to either be tucked or get stepped/tripped on. Finally, they look stylish and go along with the type of shoe perfectly.

Yeah my laces came! However the green laces indicated in the picture are almost black in reality. Except for in super bright light they just look black. I don't really consider these green laces. And for nearly 7 bucks... Not happy.

These were just as expected and they look awesome on my black chucks! I only lace my hightops to the ankle so these being shorter than the ones that came with the shoes really helped out. Now I don't have to shove the ends into my shoe anymore to keep from stepping and tripping one them! I love the black on black too. Thanks!

Good quality but as mentioned by Cal Sand's review, the Green is darker than the pictured item. I was slightly disappointed to receive darker laces than what I was expecting. But they still look good on my blue Converse All-Stars. Tempted to try the light blue or the royal variant.
