The media could not be loaded. Everyone complains that my house is difficult to find at night because my builder installed minimal outdoor lighting. The pathway leading to my front door has been pitch black since I moved in. I finally decided to grab a set of solar lights, at least to light up the walkway to my door. They just arrived today, and while it may seem a little early to brag a bit, I’m completely satisfied with my experience so far. Let’s start at the beginning:1. The price point is perfect for a set of 12 lights. I didn’t want to invest a lot of money because solar lights will typically go bad after a few years and require replacement, regardless of cost (the batteries do get weaker over time and the efficiency declines).2. The set arrived in a very small box. I was surprised at how much the company could fit in such a little package. Not much waste to dispose of.3. The assembly was super easy! I’m including photos showing exactly how they arrived. You just take the light shade off of each unit, flip the switch to “on,” pull out the stake and reverse it with the pointy side out on the bottom. Then push into the ground.4. My lights arrived with a solid charge already, which was great since it was dark and rainy all day today when I installed them. Installing them in my wet flower bed area was super easy since the ground was soft. I actually recommend doing that if you can, especially if you live where there is harder soil. If you have clay soil, you may have to pre-dig a hole first.WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BUYING* These are very small and somewhat dainty looking, but they are sufficient for my purposes. I have included a photo to show how big they are in proportion to my hand.* It’s best to install them when the ground is softer (after a rain). If you force them too much into hard soil, you could bend the poles. They recommend that you pre-dig holes if you are installing in hard soil such as clay.* Don’t expect super bright lights that provide substantial lighting for security purposes. If that’s what you need, you may want to consider electrical-based lighting.Overall, I absolutely recommend this set if you’re looking for something to subtly light up your garden or walkway. If anything changes over time, I will certainly come back to update my review.One last thing, I realize the lights look blue in my photos. They are NOT blue. They are bright white. The camera phone makes it appear as though they have a blue hue. All of my photos and videos were taken on day 1. The sun didn’t shine at all on the day of installation. It was raining all day, so this is the charge straight out of the box.

I will start my review by saying that I am very pleased with this product.Amazon shipped my order fast and it was well packaged and protected.These lights are perfect for my front door walkway pathway and they look fancy and now I can walk outside at dark time.I receive a few amazon packages at night, so this lights are great for everyone that comes to my front door.I’m planning on getting 2- 3 more sets for the driveway, the mail box and possibly one for my kids playground.They are bright and so easy to put together, my 4 yr old helped me putting them together and installing them in the front yard.On the picture you can appreciate how bright and clear the walkway looks now.I also have the wired version but I am so tired of turning them on manually, so these solar powered are perfect!My neighbor gave us compliments and now she wants a set too.

Overall the product is great, granted in the pictures they seem to illuminate a bit more, could be because they are very close together to achieve the level of luminescence. I just wish they had a wider range of illumination. I will be ordering more as I like the style and price of these. They do have a small led light inside with a removable plastic cone inside to shine light around. Compared to others where a set or even one costs around $30-50. These are more affordable when you have dogs that like to mess up your yard. While the camera makes the light look brighter, I have noticed just after a few days of use, some of the LEDs are not as bright as pictured in second photo. Will have to inspect tomorrow to see what’s going on. Over all can not complain about these little solar lights. Had them out in my yard in 10 min after arriving at my door.

At first, I was very pleased with the lights. Though they are fragile, they were easy to assemble and install. I loved the brightness and overall look of them. However, after just 30 days, 2 of the lights stopped working for no apparent reason. After 4 months of ownership, I have only 7 working lights. I expect the others to stop working soon. **UPDATE** Customer service reached out to me regarding my dissatisfaction. The agent was very friendly and understanding. I was offered either a refund or replacement, and they followed through with my choice. It was a very pleasant experience.

Overall, these are attractive and unobtrusive. They are easy to install and worked perfectly. They are not as bright as some other models, but if your needs are to create a nice ambiance and and enough light to walk around without tripping these are the perfect solution at a ridiculously low price.

Not Knowing a lot about solar path lights, I researched and read online reviews and the Sowsun Solar Pathway Lights were rated high, all the reviews were positive, so I purchased a set.The Sowsun Solar Pathway Lights were a big disappointment. After charging all day in the Florida sun, I was almost unable to see the amount of light given off by the lights. The illumination given off by the lights amounts to about an area 1 to 2 inches around the light Andy no means do they light up my walkway unless you're an ant or bug walking around in the dark.I would not recommend purchasing this product they are a complete waste of money and the reviews do not accurate reflect the product.I'll be returning my order for a refund

I installed a set of these lights at my mom's house, and she loves them! Apparently, so do the neighbors because now I've noticed that eight homes on our street have the same kind of lights! These lights add not only light to the path but give the air a sense of "someone cares" enough to want to make their front yard look decent, if not better. They are also economically priced, and too easy to install. I was expecting to use my tool box and was disappointed when all I had to do was extend the spike and put it in the ground!
