How much nitrate per serving does it provide?

BeetElite's claims on the question are vague and misleading. There is one peer-reviewed study that examines the nitrate concentration in some popular beet supplements ("What Is in Your Beet Juice? Nitrate and Nitrite Content of Beet Juice Products Marketed to Athletes" by Gallardo and Coggan, 2019). It reports that in every 10g of BeetElite are 2.16 ± 0.28mmol of inorganic nitrate. Most studies reporting the effectiveness of beet supplement on aerobic performance use a minimum of 5mmol of nitrate per treatment, which suggests that an athlete should take at least two servings of BeetElite. Gallardo and Coggan also identify some competitive products—also available on Amazon—with a superior nitrate to cost ratio.

Label says 40 shots (so 40 servings) but the title says 20 servings? Which is corect?

1 serving is 10 grams. The container holds 200 grams. Thus 20 servings.
