Good sleep aid. They do as intended. Exactly like the picture shows and are 50 MG gel capsules. These help me get a good restful nights sleep. This is a good brand and have had no ill side effects.

These have to be the best sleeping pills I've ever bought. I take them 2 hours before I go to bed and they kick in your system little by little, but when your head hits your pillow, your asleep in minutes! Great product!😊

This is such a great non habit forming sleep aid. I have major trouble sleeping and I try to not take sleep aids but sometimes I have to and this is the BEST. These hit you a lot quicker and your body absorbs them easier than the pill form of Z-quil for instance. It is a cheaper price and better value for the money in my opinion. I would recommend that you have a full 8 hours to sleep if you intend on taking these to avoid waking up and feeling drowsy. If you are new to taking these, you may be a bit drowsy in the morning, but again- a good nights sleep is worth it in my opinion. Have some coffee and be on your way :) HIGHLY recommend!

They do the job, work for me completely. I take them and I am usually out within half an hour or so. I like the extra strength sleeping aids, it really helps the Sandman come visit me.

These work excellent for myself and my husband, takes about 30-45 min to kick in for us but once they do, they do exactly what we expect. Highly recommended

I am not sure why this does not work. I have taken 50 mg of diphenhydramine (Benadryl) before to help with sleep. This product, which is supposedly the same, does absolutely nothing for me.
