Birch Shoelaces in 27 Colors Flat 5/16" Shoe Laces in 4 Different Lengths

When I first got the laces I thought they were ok. What could be wrong with shoelaces but.......now that I’ve had them in my shoes for about two weeks I've discovered that they keep stretching out longer and longer! 45 inch laces are now over 51 inches long! The first few times I tied them they were fine, then I had to double tie to keep them from dragging on the ground. Today even double tying didn’t work well, so I took them out and measured them. Guess I’ll have to shop for another pair of laces and throw these away. What a disappointment.

Very "average" pair of laces--I bought the black, 56 inch length laces. An "average" rating for these reasons:1) one lace is about 1/2 inch longer than the other [this is a very minor issue],2) the plastic tip-ends look roughly made, and3) the laces are actually slightly less than 7mm in width [just under 1/4 inch]--this is visibly narrower than the 5/16 [also 8mm] advertised width.Shipping is fairly quick, from New York, USA. Packaging is not OEM, but seems D-I-Y; the laces will arrive loosely coiled (and slightly wrinkled) in a plastic baggie. The shoelaces do appear sturdy, and should last under normal conditions.

I bought these laces for my son's shoes. He runs around a lot and is very active. But I've never had a problem with other laces like the problem I had with these. After just a few weeks, the aglet fell off one of the laces. That by itself was disappointing. But after the aglet fell off, the lace completely unraveled. It's now just a collection of threads and not a shoelace anymore.I don't recommend purchasing these laces for anyone who is active.

Well... they're laces all right. They do the job, although they don't quite fit - not the fault of the seller, I used a guide to determine the length I needed for my shoes because they weren't with me when I was ordering, and it advised me a little short. But more to the point, the colour is not what I expected. I thought it would be this pleasant mint green like in the photo with my brightness settings way up, but instead it's really bright? So with my purple shoes, I now look like I'm trying to imitate the Joker. Hmmm... really, really not my intended effect. But it's not worth dealing with the hassle of a return just for shoelaces, so I'll keep them. But hey, if that's the look you WANT to go for, these are perfect!

The small laces fit my toddler's size 5 Converse perfectly. She has a mint green pair of low top Converse and I was getting sick of seeing the original fuzzy, dingy/white laces, so I purchased the mint green pair of laces to match her Converse. These laces wash wonderfully without getting those horrible lint balls. The colors stay bright even after multiple washes...I wash her shoes and laces every 2 weeks. I have since purchased navy, white, and baby pink Birch laces to match her other Converse.

Horrible quality. Out of the packaging, these wee already unthreading throughout each lace. The pictures show the laces after lacing them up for the first time, brand new. The material is coarse and thin and cheap. These will absolutely not last more than a few months but they were too inexpensive to justify returning them. Oh well.

They seem like they'll work dependably for the shoes they're needed for, and I appreciate how quickly I could get them, especially because I kinda needed them on short notice. If you just need some classic shoelaces, these are them, and the variety of sizes and colors is nice indeed.My one problem is that I ordered the Magic Mint colored ones, because I needed teal, and these were about right on the screen. Though the bag these came in labeled them as Magic Mint, they REALLY, REALLY look exactly the Key Lime option online. When I pulled them out of the bag, my first thought was, "Eh, they look way more like like straight pale neon green than...well, minty, more the teal/turquise persuasion I wan needing." I can see a bit of differences being reasonable because of screen settings and stuff, but this was different enough to make me check the packaging and the colors options listed because it sure seemed like these were the wrong color. According to the sticker on the bag, they're not, but I'm still wondering if Key Lime ones were mistakenly packed as Magic Mint. If I didn't need them soon, and if they weren't close enough to what I needed, I'd return them and seek the teal I was needing elsewhere. However, these will do. I wish they matched the color they seemed like they'd be better, but it is what it is, and it's not a crazy - tremendous big deal.

I needed these in a hurry and didn't want to go searching at a store. They are shoelaces, they work, and they sent the right color. In a store I could have gotten 5 pairs for this price though... I read something wrong and was expecting 3 pairs of laces. No idea why as I can't find that in the description now. Anyway-these laces are fine but not super high quality or special in any way to validate the price.

Great length but I wanted a thicker lace. A quality product and I will use them!
