NICE SIMPLE RADIO THAT DOES WHAT IT SHOULD DO. NO PROBLEMS.
I bought it after reading a whole lot of reviews. It arrived fast and it is been playing for few days. So far no problems whatsoever. I am assuming those people who gave bad reviews for it not reaching some stations do not realize that the reception of the radio vary by the area. If you get a good signal for a given station for your area then this radio will definitely be able to pick it up. Not all signals are distributed evenly and they are not available in all areas. The greater urban density the more stations and the stronger signal and the more rural area further from the tower the weaker the signal so that is that. Not the radio problems. Radio is really lovely as it looks very vintage and this is the style I was looking for. It is good quality plastic and the finish is also nice quality, it does not look c heap. It is very light though. VERY light. Which is great if you are moving about with it or for elderly who have very weak hands to port it from one area of the house to another as it feather light. The operation is SUPER easy. Volume: the door on the top left as you face the radio, just turns easily to increase and decrease volume To Change stations - you just turn that big nice button on the face of the radio so the "station catcher" :) (my term) moves around the scale and as you do it goes through stations so you can stop wherever your heart pleases. It is nice as that is also easy to operate for elderly need be as there is no requirement of any fine motor skills here. It is great for young and older crowd as the style is really cool and works with a whole lot of eclectic interiors and also pure modern ones.

Happy with purchase
I purchased this specifically to listen to Christmas music on the local radio station since they started playing at the beginning of November! This radio is so cute and the stations come in clear. The volume is not even half way up and it’s plenty loud for me. I especially like the fact that it plugs into the wall. Great deal and great price!

Very unique and superb quality.
Got this as a gift for my mother and she loves it. I thought the design and impression it gives would remind her of radios back in her day that she may had owned or familiar with so it would be easy for her to use which compared to anything else I've given her with today's technology advances she hasn't asked me once on how to work it or to fix it for her so that's a huge plus. So if that doesn't convey how easy it is to configure and how well it can function for anyone to use than bottom line point blank it is unique in its style and very well made. Definitely worth every dollar spent and serves it's purpose.

Cute, functional, and great for pets!
This vintage radio has a charming retro look, and it doubles as a piece of cute decor! While the volume and sound quality are exactly what you’d expect from a small, budget-friendly device, it functions exactly as it should. Only giving four stars, because it can be a little sensitive to static depending on how close you are to the unit, but that's expected when you pay for something on the cheaper side. Overall, the AM/FM reception is impressive with many clear channels. I primarily use it as background noise to comfort my fur baby while I’m out of the house, and for that specific need, it is absolutely perfect.

I LOVE IT Needed For Outages...Cutie Cute AND Has AM
I love my cute radio. This week after a lightning storm, Comcast service went out for 16 hours. No TV, no wifi, no internet. No Alexa...that was the worst. I had to flip a light switch. It was a time trip to 1950. Except I didn't have a radio. I have an ancient 1990 radio than needs 4 pounds of C batteries, that has bad reception, and a 25lb ION Blockrocker with a misplaced power cord. The primary user lost interest in it. Alexa and Amazon Music changed things. No, my tiny phone was not what I wanted. After everything went back on, I immediately ordered this cute-as-can-be AM/FM radio. It is light weight, it takes little batteries. It works. The knobs turn, the finish is glossy, it found the little lost local AM sports station. And did I say cute? It is fun to look at. You can imagine it is made of Bakelite. You won't want to stash it out of sight. AND it gets AM! Nothing has AM radio. I wanted AM for one thing. MLB games are on AM. Wow! Now I can listen to a game without sitting by a TV or rigging up the Bally app, on my tablet to take to the edge of wifi outside. Or as I once liked to do, watch on TV and listen on radio. Same for Chiefs games, which are on FM. Listen on radio, watch on TV. Cool. Wow!, when the next storm takes everything out, I can stay informed. Wow!, I don't have to try to listen live to boring local radio, struggling with the off brand app they try to use. Wow! Maybe the KC Royals will win a game someday.

Cute but poor reception here
It’s very light, compact and we wanted something with an outlet plug. We bought this for our dog who finds the Hallmark Channel relaxing and it helps her sleep as she’s 17 years old with some cognitive decline. I was hoping to find a talk radio station for her to listen to but we don’t get any AM channels at all on it and only about 3 stations on the FM. Unfortunately, we are returning it because it doesn’t dial into many radio options where we are. I would guess it depends on location? Too bad because it is very vintage cute looking but it just doesn’t work for us, even for personal use, due to poor reception.

It's true to the image, works well enough, easy tune, simple dials a monkey can figure out lol.... I like it. It is not bluetooth enabled however, it states this but I figured I would again because I ran into a teeny issue..... I saw it has the standard audio jack adaptor option... yes, more cords so annoying. But it's down in my greenhouse for my plants so it is fine. However, it won't play anything through it's headphone jack adaptor. No matter which tablet, iPhone, ipod device I've tried....even my mac book lol. So it was devices, so I tried switching the cords to see if it was pucky there. Nope. Nothing. My sound will be up on my device's media, it knows it isn't playing from it's speakers....but nothing comes from the stereo speakers.... The only reasonable thing I can imagine is maybe yhe a tual place you connect t to the Jack is jisy not having it lol Everything else works as expected. The usual dial that you turn from off to FM to AM with one dial. Then the other dial controls the volume. The tuner is located on the front area. It gives it the old look for sure. Sound is good not a lot of static except way up by edmonton in the boonies. But hey, who's surprised there?! Besides the audio jack it's an.awesome deal!! ....I dunno what's up with that ....but if anyone can shed light on it I'd be grateful!!.....I'm blonde so who knows lol it's probably me😆! If you want a really affordable great little radio to look nice and perform basic radio noise, it's the best!
