The best diaper for the price
These are an awesome diaper for the price, the only diapers I've found better, or equivalent to these are almost twice the price, so far I've had one on for a little over 6 hours, putting them to the test, during the 6 hours I drank about two gallons of water, and peed at least that much, it was so full I was scared to sit down, but I did, no leaks, and probably could have held a little more. The plastic backing is a little bit thinner, so, I recommend wearing a diaper cover for extended wear to help with sagging and stretching, other than that, they're very comfortable, I started wearing these instead of normal underwear because if I'm hydrated properly, I have to pee about every 10 minutes, both annoying, and taking too much time from my workday. They are fairly crinkly, but clothes help quiet that down a bit. I definitely recommend these for anyone looking for a great quality diaper without paying $3.30 or more per diaper, if you buy them in bulk they're about $1.60 per diaper which is a great price for them. I'll probably be wearing these most of the time from now on, I can stay diapered all day and night with about 3 of them.👍👍👍🙂 I just wish they could ship these in larger quantities faster

Great premium diaper
I would like to start off with these diapers are wonderful. As a person that needs to wear diapers due to blunt force trauma, and the fact that I became a DL as we are called, these diapers suit both requirements. first off they are plastic backed so they do crinkle but not very loud though, I never been a fan of the cloth backed diapers, they just feel damp on the outside and I worry about oder. As far as fit goes, they are true to size, I have a 36 inch waist and the mediums fit perfect, the leg openings are snug but not so tight they dig in the skin. the leak barriers are nice and tall giving a feel of not wanting to leak giving a peace of mind. I must say they feel very comfortable the padding is nice and thick and wraps around my butt, and while I only have urinary incontinence I feel they would be quite good for those with bowel problems. the crotch is nice and wide and if filled full can make you waddle. And speaking of filled these really hold alot, they can deal with a heavy flood with ease. One thing of note is they swell alot the front does puff up alot making your front a bit obvious but for me I dont have a issue with that. Also the padding wicks moisture really well keeping your skin dry. One thing I would have liked to see is a elastic on the front and back, but I have not leaked in bed and I roll around alot while sleeping, I think them riding high on my waist and the tall full padding fix the issue of night time leaks. Speaking of the padding, these for sure do give give you a "diaper butt" but as a DL I like that part, on that aspect they are in many ways like old school baby diapers. For the amount they can hold, they hold ALOT so much so they do get quite heavy to the point they do sag but never so loose they will leak around the legs. I am able to wear these 12 hours with no problems, which does save money not having to change to many times a day so the value is great, plus it is not easy for me to find time or a place to change. On the part of then getting heavy, the tapes hold up great so I wont worry about them popping, also they are a dual tape system so if need be you can take them off one time and or refit them if you dont get right on the first try. All in all I really pleased with these, comfortable nicely padded, crinkle letting you know you have a diaper on but not to loud. I really cant recommend these enough. I hope this review is helpful for those choosing a quality diaper.

Absorbent and effective diaper-style brief for moderate to severe incontinence
I've used Abena diaper-style briefs with tabs for years. They are a dependable product and provide a few hours of protection for someone with severe incontinence. Although they are much more absorbent than options in brick and mortar stores, they are not as absorbent as products like Mega Max and Trest diapers. For someone with moderate incontinence, the Abena M4 would probably get them through the day or night. For severe incontinence, they are a great "2nd tier" diaper for times in which several hours of continual protection are not needed.

Fantastic Adult Diaper for Daytime/Nighttime Use!
The first time I purchased a package of Abena Abri-Form Level 4 size Large Adult Diapers, I was blown away by the incredible design, comfort and quality that goes into such a vital product for incontinence. Normally, my day consisted of waking up after heavily sleeping throughout the night with several unexpected "Heavy," urinations. As I roll over in my plastic sheet bedding and run my hands down between my legs, I almost always felt some sort of leakage. Some nights I would have leaks so bad that I would wake up in pooled up urine and completely oversaturated underpads, others, I simply had a cuff leak slightly and would pool up and absorb without too much mess. The overnights with bad leakage began to occur a few times a week until it grew to an every night ordeal. I HAD to fix the problem somehow. The adult diaper that I was wearing to bed every night was either a Tranquility ATN "All-through-the-night" tape-tab premium adult diaper, or a BetterDry 24/7 Plastic-Backed Adult Diaper. Urinating into either of these diapers 3-5 times overnight was 100% of the issue. Anyways! Long story short... by switching to these Abena Abri-Form L4 adult diapers, I put one on before bed along with a overnight heavy-duty diaper doubler pad inserted inside of the L4, then I put on a pair of tightly fit Diaper pants made out of plastic with tight cuffs and waist guards before I put an additional Abena Abri-Form L4 adult diaper over top of all of it and then slip into a pair of extra tight leggings or spandex onesie's with crotch snaps. Yes... this diaper is quite bulky, thick and slightly non-discreet, but it is definitely one of the best adult diapers in the market.

IN DEPTH REVIEW
First of all they do their job very well with handling urinary and bowel Incontinence. Overall comfort wise it took her a little bit getting used to the plastic material since she usually wears clothes back Incontinence products. I did notice it would start to sag a bit when wet after a while and she would be pulling them up trying to adjust it to feel more comfortable. Regardless at that point it's time to change. She has no issues with them when asleep. So far no leaks at night but any diaper will leak if reaches its limit's. They arnt stiff and non of her motion is restricted which helps with comfort. They have a good about of padding without being too thick or too thin. For her the protection is perfect. Regarding bowel accidents, they hold up well and I do notice a difference with odor control over cloth back diapers. Everything stays contained well which is important because she is active and moves around a lot. At night she was close to a blow out but the leg cuffs were fine at containing everything. Cons- 1. they run high past her belly button to the middle of her torso which in some case's more coverage is great but it dose seem to make things for her harder with getting comfortable in different positions like sitting up since ou're belly can stretch out a little when you sit up which dose bother her a little and we really don't want the top part too lose. 2. Heat, she is very heat sensitive and these don't breath because of the plastic. She dose seem to get hot a little easier and sweat wear the plastic is if she is moving around a lot. Overall these work great for managing her incontinence and are better than the cloth back Abena M4-L4 we have tried with her. The sizing is a little difficult because she is in between side medium and large with majority of brands.

These were my favorite for 20 years.
These used to be my favorite briefs but they don't disperse urine from front to back anymore. The front gets saturated and the back stays dry. This causes too many leaks. I'll finish this supply and won't order again. Seni briefs are less expensive, absorb much faster, and disperse wetness to use the whole brief.

Exceptional Comfort and Protection
The Abena Abri-Form Comfort Plastic-Backed Briefs are hands down one of the best products in their category. The Level 4 absorbency provides *outstanding protection*, giving me complete peace of mind throughout the day and night. The fit is perfect—secure yet comfortable, with a design that adjusts well to medium and large sizes. The plastic backing ensures no leaks, and it feels durable without being bulky or noisy. Plus, the material is gentle on the skin, making it ideal for extended wear. A 42-count pack is excellent value, especially for such a high-quality product. If you’re looking for reliability, comfort, and superior absorbency, this is the way to go. Highly recommend!

And thats the straw that broke the camels back
This was once a 5 star product I have been getting Abena M4 for years, and my favorite seller is Engoloids medical, as they have stellar shipping, this particular shipment made it in less than 24 hrs from the time I ordered. Mind They have a warehouse that is just north of me so this is lucky but even so they are fabulous with their shipping as they will ship in the late aftrnoon minutes after your order is placed depending upon timing. Point being they won’t just stuff it for the next day because it’s the end of the day, they will ship if it’s feasible ASAP. Now that being said... this particular product has gone downhill over the last year or perhaps more. I’ve kept quiet until recently in which I contacted Abena themselves over the increasingly common issues that, if you wear them you undoubtedly already know what I’m going to say, have become a plague and now unacceptable and virtually unusable. It started with sand like granules in the lining on edges, annoying, yes for some even perhaps deal breaker but for me just irritating. Then it was the tabs beginning to start catching when pulling off the white section to either re-fit or remove for whatever reason it needed removal. Initially it didn’t tear anything but that quickly changed to not only tearing but also occasionally only being seated on the blue section of the tab about halfway ensuring destruction if attempting to utilize the “refastenable” tabs. Beyond annoying and at times &@$@!& Up? Most definitely. However due the Still superior quality and knowledge that they were single stick and no longer had the range of “flexibility” in their wear I continued purchasing. This time tho I draw the line. The tabs are now just coming off, not off the landing strip but literally off the sides of the diaper. SERIOUSLY?? So about 20-30 minutes into sitting on my padded butt and doing some work on a computer, I feel and hear a “pop” as the tab comes completely separated from the side. Bewildered I inspect to find to my shock the aforementioned situation. Filled with grim foreboding of the likely situation that it’s not a fluke I once again deploy the embarrassing embarrassment shield which has grown to be something I view In a different perspective than most and is apparently becoming a common recreational activity/role play style prop for folks. Once again the tab pops off shortly after this time on the opposite side and again. Now it’s not completely devoid of capabilities as it’s originally intended use but I have come to expect and aparrantly require some comfort of wearing for example it’s highly disconcerting to feel the awkward loosenes on side of your hip and nothing on the other except for a certain feel of air and cloth etc that most definitely should not be there when wearing such an article. And really if I’m only safe to use this product if I’m standing and prepared for it... what the heck is the point in buying it? ( I know the answer to that, but this is not relevant in this case as it’s about a kink not a need, To those of the AB/DL community) Now when I contacted Abena due to it being purchased through Amazon there wasn’t anything I could do directly thru them but was informed that Amazon would handle my complaint. As of yet this is my first contact about these issues, I have documentation of Abenas statement and what they said amazon would do about it but am unsure of how to go about it. I’m not exactly jumping at the thought of having to rebox and ship these back out with my now live in and exceedingly nosy father despite him living with ME instead of the other way around. But this is the Third case in a row with severe and now critical defects. This time I’m at a loss as I require my product but how can it do me any good in this state but worse is not having it at all. Here’s hoping amazon can address this problem in which case I’ll adjust the review to pertain solely to the products issues until I’ve received product that doesnt have the problems stated within. Upon that development I will rewrite a fresh novel of review for your consideration.
