Hard to praise a shovel for doing what it is supposed to, but this thing is built like a tank and will clearly stand up to years of hard use. Be careful with the blade. Its sharp out of the box and when properly ground it can be down right dangerously sharp.

This is my first shovel and I don’t think I’ll ever try anything else. I found this shovel the first time I searched for “good” shovels and after I saw a YouTube video I decided to buy it. I don’t feel like I’m holding a shovel but a valiryan steel sword from Game of Thrones. It is extremely sharp. You can see and feel by how heavy it is that whoever made it put some love and good work on it. I know the price is scary but this shovel will pass generations. I’m only 5’1 and I had no problems dealing with the size or weight of it. Absolutely love it.

If you ever use a spade much, then this the only one you will ever need . Use it one time and you'll never go back to any other spade. It has the heft and strength to cut through roots and compacted soil . Best you'll find. Get the foot pad also.

I have abused my buddies King of spades shovel for over a year. He finally remembered i had it and asked for it back...I couldnt live with out it so bought one of my own!
