The media could not be loaded.  I have been struggling with back pain for a while. A friend recommended a back brace so I decided to give it a try! I was pleased to find that it was comfortable and easy to use. The instructions are very clear and getting a custom fit is simple. I am glad that I read the instructions and started out only wearing it a few hours at a time to allow my body to get used to maintaining proper posture.I am so glad I decided to give it a try, my back has never felt better!

The size does run a bit small, but it has excellent support that provides pain relief all day. The suspenders are even better than I thought since they are removable. I had never tried anything from this brand before, and all I can say is I will be using them in the future should time ever come. Fantastic product!

I bought this to help my back when I’m working in the garden and doing a lot of bending and lifting. My son swears by it and said if he uses it when gardening his back feels fine the next day, if not, his back hurts. His had his for years and said it holds up really well. It looks like it’s very well made, and I like that you can easily make it tighter when you want the extra support for more strenuous activity. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks so I’m not really sure how much it is helping with my back, but so far so good. I couldn’t really rate it right for pain relief, because typically I don’t have a lot of back pain, only when I overdo it.

This is the third back support I have purchased! We run a ranch in Oregon and there is always lifting and moving equipment/supplies to be done. I purchased one for my husband (for moving irrigation equipment/tractoring, etc), one for myself (moving 75# hay bales & heavy feed buckets). When my brother recently mentioned his lower back pain from moving boxes of motor oil, etc. at an auto supply job I knew I had to get him one as well. I was going to send it for Christmas but I think I will surprise him so he can have the relief he needs right away. These work so amazingly to relieve the stress on your back and the suspenders prevent the support from slipping and twisting. I ordered a medium for myself and a large for my husband and brother.

I had been packing and hauling boxes for months without this and my one hip was killing me. One of my professional movers had this type of belt on and I thought I should try it and see if it helped me. And it did. My pain went away (and hasn't returned). I stopped taking pain meds. I wore it pretty much all day for several days while I was still lugging heavy objects and found it very comfortable.

Hauling field stone, ground and flagstone at my own home is for a younger person. I'm pretty tough, but I really felt my back aching. This brace saved me. Besides "working smarter", this brace gave my back a lot of support.I keep the suspenders on. The brace is large enough to cover my mid to lower back. That gives me overall support. The second pair of Velcro straps I wrap over the lower part of my back. I use this brace every time I work on my outside projects.

the belt actually is the size stated! It fit!! It seems to be pretty sturdy and I love the design.
