BEST RC FOR THE MONEY PERIOD!
Best bang for your buck!Got back into R/C cuz of Covid. When I was into it, it was all buggies and stadium trucks. But now this is a monster truck which is actually MUCH more fun!More clearance for bashing around in parks and grass. Stuff like rocks and twigs and dirt doesn’t get stuck in the wheels and chassis like the Arrma Typhon.I listed the best upgrades so you can just have more fun time plus you can build up speed slowly and cheaply. The car is FUN out of the box but can easily be upgraded for more enjoyment.1. The stock 7.4v Nimh 1800mah battery doesn’t last long maybe 7/8 mins.... Buy the 2 for $25, 2S Kero 7.6v 40c 4500 batteries , they are the best value for dollar you can get. They last 2.5 times longer, have more punch cuz they are lipos, and give 7.6v as opposed to 7.4v . More fun time and faster speeds! Just from batteries!2. Buy the dynamite prophet mini charger for $27. This is the fastest/cheapest lipo-hv (lipo-high voltage) charger you can buy. The stock nimh charger takes 3 hours! Stock Charger takes 3 hours and play 8 mins, ummm no thanks! Dynamite charger takes 45 mins for the Kero batteries as mentioned and you can play for 40 mins.ENJOY! And the car is only $99. So if you break it, Remember you paid 1/2 of most starter cars, buy another one and use the first one for parts.Speed upgrades!1. 19tooth 48pitch pinion, you can use this on the stock motor for more speed. DO NOT go 25 tooth unless you put a 2S brushless system , do not try 3s as the design of the cars axle system no matter what WILL break even with upgraded parts. (If more speed is what you want, beyond 2S, I suggest going to Arrma 3S cars and skip over the mega series, that’s how much fun this Granite voltage is!) A 25t pinion will burn out the ESC. 19tooth pinion is about $10.2. Motor , you can put a 12t 550 motor but it’s only faster acceleration wise for a split second with the stock pinion, you need a 19t pinion if upgrading to a 550 12 turn motor. The best brushed 550 motor is the Traxxas Titan for $25. Most of the other 550 12turn motors are just 3100kv, the traxxas is 3550kv. Alternatively, you can get a Reedy Radon 2 17t motor rated 3600kv. Do not go for the 15t 4100kv version as you will burn out the motor. The Reedy is a awesome rebuildable motor. The traxxas is a sealed can motor, so it’s not serviceable.I personally don’t like to replace parts unless they break. The granite is about Value and so am I. But the most fun per dollar is the granite voltage by Far, Upgraded batteries and charger, and a 19t pinion will cost you $60 but it will triple the fun.The granite voltage even has set motor mount positions for the different pinions. Upgrading is so easy, fast, and you can’t mess up.

A fantastic bang for the buck. So much I bought another....
The media could not be loaded. This is the best bang for the buck I have ever seen in RC. I think this car is slower than 25mph, but still alot of fun for my 7 and 10yr old drivers. my kids have crashed the Granites head on into trees and my "real" cars tires with no issues. I have not used the included batteries, but use the 5200mah packs that are on Amazon for $50-ish and they get tired of driving before the battery is used up. I used to only buy Traxxas brand due to their reputation, but now I'm a Arrma guy. My kids have enjoyed testing the waterproof statement...

Order diff outdrive parts
Got this for my 6 yrs old son so he doesn't keep wanting to use my faster arrma onesGreat for him to learn but as a young kid he gets stuck alot and just tries to accelerate out of it and boom! he rounds the diff outdrive parts (plastic) where they are connected to the diff (metal)Already had to order a new steering servo as it didn't like the mud bashing me and my son took it through ...so will upgrade to a higher torqueBut my son loves it and for the price its perfectJust probably not suitable to try and match dads larger ones in bashingRecommend using a 2s lipo battery as it goes hard and lasts alot longerIf you want a adult basher get a 3s capable basher or biggerIf your after something for your kids it's perfectJust order some extra parts and be prepared to hear "dad it's broken again"If your a dad who already has rc and is used to fixing smashed rc cars it's a bonding experience

fantastic value, lots of car for the money
We love these things so much that, after getting my son one for christmas, I had to have my own! We prefer the Granite model, it's slightly taller, get stuck on less stuff when bashing off road and that makes for more fun driving than going to retrieve it all the time. Anyway, we also invested in LiPo battery packs and bough a pair of Zee 5200 mAh batteries and a Venom ProDuo charger. We couldn't be happier. The stock servo is junk, and so is the stock servo saver if it has the black one. We bought an ADS-7 servo on ebay for $12 and a Kimbrough #200 servo saver and this thing seems pretty bulletproof. Also, we ordered Tboneracing.net from bumpers to protect the front end. $11 per.In summary, these are a total blast and some of the best $100 I've ever spent!

Awesome truck for younger kids and people new to the hobby.
Awesome truck for the little ones .Very durable. Buy 5200 mah 2s lipos for around 30 minutes runtime . EC3 connectors. Stock battery 🔋 last around 8 to 10 minutes. I installed a front traxxas slash bumper and a rear traxxas hoss bumper. Just so there's more protection when the little one's run into everything within the receiver range LOL. They do make aftermarket ones that you can purchase but i just used what i had in my parts bin . My only gripe is that ; the shock oil is way to thick for a lightweight truck like the (granite voltage ) and it makes the truck bounce all over the yard with every bump it hits. So lighten the oil up and the suspension will actually work ok for what it is. On 2s lipo i got around 20 to 23 mph fast enough for the little one's . Great for when you don't want to hand over the controller to your 4 to 8 hundred dollar RC truck. Is it a 3 to 5 hundred dollar 💵 RC . NOBut for $100 its a awesome truck for the little one's, anyone young or new to the hobby. It's a great starter RC that you can have fun with and enjoy while also not breaking the bank.So in conclusion I think ARRMA nailed it with the granite voltage 2wd at $99.00 .The best buy at this price point in my opinion 👌.

Mi primer coche a control

Great value. Great basher with a few upgrades.
Great rc for the money. Good starter rc and able to grow into it. I didn’t run this RC with any of the stock electronics. I switched all the electronics out the first day I had it...I turned it to brushless system and it’s a beast on 3S. Takes an absolute beating and keeps coming back for more. I highly recommend this RC for beginners and experienced people in the hobby.

Excelente camioneta
