For starters it's an air mattress and it functions just like an mattress would and should. That being said it has served us exactly how we intended to use it. It has worked perfectly so far and we expect that this mattress will last us a long time. I'm impressed with the quality and durability. It was easy to set up, came with a bag for easy and safe storage. It's worth the extra money to get something quality and that's durable but don't get your hopes up that spending the extra money will mean extra comfort. At the end of the day it's an air mattress. I would buy from AirMattressDirect again and would recommend friends to do the same.

Purchased on April 17th. As on June 8th, the bed will not hold air at night. I have spent about 45 minutes looking for a hole using the soapy water trick but I can't find anything. Contacting seller to try to get a replacement.

The mattress is high quality and durable. The built in pump is fast and quiet too (compared to my old air mattress). If you’re looking for something that shouldn’t be very easy to puncture, this mattress is it.

Feels amazing like a real bed

Used less than 5 nights over 10 months. Small leak somewhere. Cannot find the leak. More expensive does not - quality. Nice 30 day warranty.

Had it 24hrs n it didn't last poor service

The matress does not look like the picture. The memory foam is very very thin and does nothing. The top of the matress has a weird dam that, I'm thinking, is meant to hold a foam matress but it doesn't so our feet were always resting on an air rail. Would have given 5 stars had the foam topper not been the thinnest foam in have ever seen.Other than that, this mattress is the most comfortable air matress I've ever slept on. No pockets, tubes, or any depressions that are customary for air mattresses. There was some air loss, but having the inflator on the matress was very handy.I would say that it is a little overpriced but staying away from home and not praying for death after sleeping on an air mattress made this purchase well worth the cost.

The sheet cover was not delivered and the memory foam topping is the worst foam topping I have ever seen.

My Altimair queen size air mattress with memory foam was delivered promptly to my residence on October 9, 2015. Today, I removed all of the packaging and proceeded to inflate the air mattress using the built-in electric pump. Flipping the switch, the air pump worked fine and the mattress inflated properly. As I adjusted the firmness of the mattress, I unsuccessfully attempted to turn on the pump again. I tried plugging the pump into various electrical outlets throughout my house but the pump still refused to function. Not surprisingly, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this product.

The best air mattress we've ever purchased by far!! Love the nylon exterior and the extra memory foam padding but most of all, I love that we used it for a month straight and never had to add more air except the first couple of days which is normal, and the convenient built-in pump is a plus...will recommend this product for sure

We tested this mattress and so far are very happy. It inflated quickly and the foam fits in nicely. I deflated it as well and that too was great. It seems very sturdy so I am pleased. Because others we have experience with, have not been as sturdy as this. We also had trouble finding a full/double mattress, that was thicker (this one is 18 inches deep). We needed a double for space issues. This mattress fits the bill very well.

Have not slept a full night on the mattress however looks reliable. We did place some items on top to test the valve. There was no issue at this test.
