Best written volume
This was by far the most cohesive and extensive Naruto volume out of all 72 books. Primarily because this volume alone can be its own story. Itachi's entire character basis is explained here, the plot twist is as well done as one can be post-character death. I give props to Kishimoto for undertaking this level of writing, as this character (Itachi) and his background were the pinnacle of his work. We find out what the mysterious individual who always had other motives really was aiming to accomplish, all of his actions (whether they be crimes, lies, etc) are explained and for a purpose. Nothing significant is left in the dark. This cannot be said for other characters or volumes. Uchiha fan or not, if you read this book, you will not be disappointed.

This series makes our 11 y/o WANT to read!
Our 11 y/o is finally enjoying to read because of these books. I haven't the slightest clue as to what they are about, but he sure does and he loves them. No more fighting to get him to complete his 1 hour of mandatory reading/day. Often times, he can put the books down ( I am slowly buying him the monster collection of Naruto books that he has wanted.

For the kids, this was just an awesome book because it was one of their favorite anime series! They love this book because they have a heart of two brothers fighting over a misunderstanding, it brings a sad ending that no one will forget! Anyone who is involve in this kind of things; anime!
