This wireless charger had connection issues with my 2016 C300 4Matic. As well as, once I finally got the USB-C plug-in to give me a constant power/light it was charging my iPhone XS very slowly . It was even slower than home charger with the standard apple charging box. I still loved it for the sleek look and the fitment in my car was perfect. I had no issues with connecting other devices until this device so I only have this experience to base the product on. I have been using it for 4 weeks now and saw no improvement. I ended up buying the high end one from SIGHILL. If it gives the same results I will take back my review because it could be something with my car at that point with all the positive reviews from that one.

I like that it connect fast and charge quick ,soon as you place your phone down it immediately. I also purchased a phone cover [chargeable]that is compatible to your phone so you can get a maximum charge 😀. You don't have to am on the go a lot. It will works perfectly either way. I love it !!! It was so easy to install. There's a button where you can cut it on or off . Green light indicator while it's charging. How cool is that....lol..lol..Quality is nice ! I highly recommend this product you want be disappointed it came on time and was shipped perfectly no damaged package at all. Enjoy

I actually was courageous enough and bought this before it had any reviews. I’ll try and make this an inclusive review for whoever needs reassurance. I’ve been looking for a wireless charger that fits in the car unused spaces, I was tired of random charging cables running through everything. I don’t smoke, my car (c300 ‘16) has an ashtray and a lighter that have never been used and technically a waste of space. Searched online, could only find the ones that stick to the dashboard or the ones with cables (again). This product actually fits perfectly in the spot where the ashtray is, and it is powered from the lighter slot. More importantly, it looks like it is supposed to be there!! It honestly look like an OEM part. There is another very similar product on Amazon that is priced at more than double this one! Both claim to fast charge both have some sort of fan and heat protection. The more expensive product has a USB port upfront (which is nice) brand name displayed upfront (which is really a downfall). This product is priced much better, less bulky and its appearance is far superior. I haven't tested the charging time, so hold on for an update. (Hence the -1 star). I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and it charged in every time and any position I had the phone on the pad. Greatest part is that the dash closes and opens smoothly with the phone charging. One of the cup holders might be useless, but that’s because my phone size and not by the product’s fault. If I had a smaller phone it would’ve been a complete package.The plastic isn’t flimsy and doesn’t feel cheap at all. The package arrived damaged as if it was stepped over or dropped from a high spot. My wife loves this wireless charger that I bought for her Mercedes. It fits perfectly in the car, almost like it was designed by the manufacturer. It charges her phone quickly and I’ve never had issues with it slipping or disconnecting, even on rough roads. Plus, it keeps her car interior neat and free of messy cords, which is a huge bonus. If you’re a Mercedes owner and want a hassle-free charging solution that works perfectly every time, you need this!

This item does not work & it does not stay charging the iPhone 12 mini. I plugged in the wireless charger; it was set up correctly because it’s very easy to install but it only stayed on for about 25 secs then it stopped charging & the light flashes & goes from a solid green to a flickering green. Once the light is flickering it’s not charging so idk what that’s even about or why? I’m kind of upset I’ve waited for a while for this and it’s a huge let down!

This charger works really well if you buy a nano USB adapter to plug into your cigarette lighter. With a regular one you won’t be able to open and close the center mb console and you will also feel the charger it’s not as stable and It will charge very slowly. So I ended up doing a bit of a research and purchased an ainope usb adapter. Get the latest one (a 2019). It is around 10 bucks but it goes a long way. After I placed that this charger works like a charm and it will give you the option that mb will charge $500 on newer models.

The unit arrived today and was a super easy install. I removed the ashtray by snapping it out. You must run the included cable from the underside of the unit to the cigarette lighter plug. You then simply push the lighter plug into the car’s receptical and push the unit into the space where the ashtray was. There is an easy to use power button to turn on the unit. This is where I encountered a problem mentioned in another review. No power! I retraced my steps removing everything. I used a different cigarette lighter plug and immediately had power! I am using an Ainope mini usb car charger plug ( Amazon $12) in place of the one that was included. My iPhone 12 Pro has the silicone charging case & fits easily on the charging pad. I am able to close the cover while my iPhone is on the charging pad. This is all in/on a ‘21 GLC43 AMG Coupe. Highly recommended & a bargain over the $500 Mercedes option for wireless charging.

I LOVED this charger in my GLC300! So much easier to just place your phone on top of it than having to mess with a cord to plug into it. The only issue(?...for lack of better terminology) is that my phone would sometimes slide off the charger just enough to stop the charging process when I went around corners but that was my only issue. If you have a larger phone (mine is an iPhone 12 Pro Max) you’ll have to insert your phone base first with the top sticking out and it’ll completely obscure your leftmost cup holder but I didn’t find it to be a big deal.

Really disappointed with the product. Seems just cheap plastic and I was worried breaking something during installation. I have 2 business phones all the time with me. iPhone 11 Pro Max and A Oneplus something. Both worth wireless charging but that device first al all charges (if it charges) 2-3 per cent in one hour Most of the time. Charging starts and then tops after 5 minutes. So remove the phone and put it on the charger again. But won’t charge again after a couple of minutes.

Bought this for my dad as part of his Christms gift - it arrived quickly. He said it was super easy to install and it works really well at charging our phones quickly and wirelessly. I have a Google Pixel 5 and he has an iPhone 11. We love how much cleaner and simpler it leaves the car without wires everywhere.

I thought for sure this would work. I have a C300 2016 and this should be compatible. But very disappointed

I have a Mercedes C300 2018. This fits perfectly and it looks like it was built in. Very easy to install and looks good. No issues with charging except if you have a thick case on your phone however it’s not the fastest which is why I took a star off the rating.
