One pill has 31 mgs of caffeine total from various sources. The recommended dose is 2 pills so the caffeine quoted in the other answer is doubled. 31 mgs of caffeine is about the amount in a can of pepsi

Honestly, I am not sure. I LOVE IT. It works greater and longer than any caffeine pill. It's natural, with a bit of light indigestion at times if not taken with enough fluids.

What is in these that could cause Cancer?

I have no idea . I have not seen anything about the supplement causing cancer. You may have to do more research but this type of supplement was requested by my family member medical team who are cancer specialist for energy for cancer patients.

I have been taking it for a few years now. It just gives me a little boost of energy and mood elevation. Nothing extreme, won’t make you jittery. I like the Now brand and use other supplements by them.
