Foam Rubber Toe Pillows,FRTPM,multi-colored,Medium

For YEARS I have been looking for something to protect my feet and pedicure while wearing high heels all day at work. Finally I got serious about it, and thought "What about the things you put in your pointe shoes in ballet class?" I bought a pair of these, a pair of the "Profoot Pump Pouch Toe Cushions, Women's, 1 pair" and a pair of "Lambs Wool Pillows,LCTPM,multi-colored,Medium." They all work, they're just all different materials.These foam ones take up more space than the other two, but they sure are comfy. Not sure how long they hold up, as I have only worn them a few times. My plan is to have several different pairs so one pair isn't being consistenly used.If you're looking for something to protect your feet and toenail polish while wearing shoes without tights/hose/socks, these will do the trick! I would imagine they're also good for shoes that might be a little big.I did have to trim all of them down so they wouldn't show, but that was no big deal.

Shoe sizes per style, though marked the same seem to vary widely these days; at least for my feet. And since I don't like to have "to wear in" a tight shoe, I bought these to slip over my toes. Especially makes my boots more comfortable, snug but not tight. They work great and seem to be constructed for long wear; worth the money.

Not solid pillows as pictured but thin foam sleeves which slip over the toes. Picture and description is misleading but vendor was helpful about the error.

My pair fits perfectly. The quality is good. But personally, I do prefer it to be thicker or perhaps use other material that gives more protection. Otherwise, I feel it's not that functional.

I saw that some people had trouble figuring out what size they needed, so I will share. My shoe size is 6 1/2 and the ball of my foot is very wide. The medium size fits me very well; it covers my toes exactly and does not go past the toes on the sides, so it doesn't case extra width and pressure against the sides of the balls of the feet, which I think is important since that type of compression tends to lead to bunions. (Yes, we have terrible-looking feet after dancing on point for a long time, so these details tend to matter!)
