Serrano Ham Cured Boneless with Ham Stand & Knife - Spanish Jamon Serrano Jamonprive - Approx. 2.2 lb or 1 Kg - GMO Free and Gluten Free

I have ordered a few of these, love the ham. I would cut it out of the place it comes in and wrap it in paper towel for a bit to take up some of the moisture. I had it on the counter and forgot to put it away, left for the store came back and my herd of dogs didn't greet me at the door. Walked in and they didn't even bark, It though for a minute someone broke into my house when I realized I left it on the counter. I quickly looked over and it was gone. There on the floor 1/4 was gone with teeth marks, I picked it up washed it off and cut out the chewed up parts and put the rest in the frig...

The Jamon Serrano is extremely dry. Sliced thin, the flakes are hard, difficult to bite or chew. virtually no taste.Just a block of red pork. Very disappointed.

Product arrived quickly. Just as described.

The knife that came with it was pretty useless but using a mandolin to slice it with an inspired idea.Originally it seemed pretty small for the money but turned out to be quite substantial and a good buy.

tremendo jamoncillos lo que es muy poquito y muy costoso el cuchillo te lo puedo devolver una hoja de ceguera tiene mas filo que ese cuchillo y la tabla de Iole tambien , hice una trampa para cazar ratones con ella, no vendas cuchillo ni tabla de Iole vende el producto solo y bájale el precio.

No me gusto

We've purchased this product before so we were surprised and disappointed when this one looked and tasted nothing like the previous one. This did not taste good, was tough and rubbery, and the knife wasn't even sharp enough to properly cut it. We ended up throwing it away as there was no way to ask for a replacement or return it. It was a total waste of our money. We had planned to gift it to several people as we enjoyed the previous one so much, and we were totally embarrassed when we took this to a party. We basically threw away $87.00.

I live alone in a very small apartment and this ham is quite comfortable size to live with. It is not realistic to imagine trying to live with a full size leg/skeleton for many months as I eat what pleases me a bit at a time. I really couldn't be certain of how to use the stand but I did the best I could. I wish there had been directions as this stand is unique compared to those for full size Jamons. The demonstrations available on line were of little...but some help. All and all I am quite pleased.
