10lb ABC Dry Chemical Class A:B:C Fire Extinguisher

When I received this the zip tie was gone, the handle twisted, and the pin was out. I would appreciate if i could return this item and receive on that actual works or a refund.Update: they helped me with my concern and willing to replace the damaged item

Be Aware That this item CANNOT be returned. What you get is what you got, and you are stuck with it. Seller knows this and could be that is the reason that NO mounting bracket included, saves the seller a few bucks. Description AND the included manual states that mounting bracket is included. ALSO, the label on the box states mounting bracket and extinguisher is inside. Cannot attest to the rating or value of the extinguisher itself, as it has not been used (and hopefully never will be used). Construction seems first rate, and the cyllinder gage indicates that it is full. No exact date of filling on the extinguisher label except for the year 2019. Seems to me that the seller is more interested in collecting the money than supplying buyers with extremely important information for an important safety device, like the exact filling date. Omission of the mounting bracket is probably not by accident either. Three stars is the best that I can do, only for the construction and filling of the cyllinder. I really hate it when a seller ripps me off.

I just received this fire extinguisher today, and am super happy with my first impressions. First of all the packaging was great and no damage was caused to the extinguisher. Second, it came fully charged and shows so on the gauge. And last was the quality of the extinguisher itself. This is built tough and feels great. Hopefully I never have to update this review, as the only further update would be using it, other then possibly on recharging it... anyway great unit and it came with the mounting bracket. I would highly recommend this extinguisher to any and every one!

Came as advertised. I use on my boat!

My extinguisher was received with the safety pin loose in the box and the tamper seal broken. I don't know how it didn't discharge during shipment. (I've seen other extinguisher reviews where this has happened with worse results.)Seems like fire extinguisher manufacturers could/should do a better job of protecting their product during shipment (i.e. a little more protection to keep the unit from bouncing around inside the manufacturers packaging).

Our products arrived quickly and were as expected except 2 of the extinguishers arrived with the seals broken. We have opted not to send them back for replacements as we have a company that comes thru and checks/repairs our safety equipment so they will reseal them. Otherwise we were very happy with our purchase.

This is a great fire extinguisher, I’m sure, but do be aware that if your fire alarm goes off in a large house, you’ll be sprinting around in your birthdate suit trying to find the fire that doesn’t exist while lugging this thing with you - it gets heavy and you’ll feel silly when the firemen run into your house when you are dressed in nothing but this fire extinguisher.Advice? Keep the weight in mind. I’ll be keeping mine.
