PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING. I ordered this unit; however the neck massager is very rough. In addition, the shoulder massagers do not reach your shoulder blades. I tried to return the unit since it did not meet my expectations, I was shocked to learn that the unit is not returnable unless damaged. Upon examining the return policy, it clearly states that the unit is subject to return, but if you hover your mouse over the language, a popup states that the return is only available if the unit is damaged. I feel that this is not transparent and the unit is not useful to me. Hence, I feel that I lost my money.

It's great. SO glad we bought it. Only problem is I am 5'1" and have to use a pillow to get high enough for it to get to my shoulders. My hubby is 6'2" fits him perfectly. But the pillow works great for me, gets me to where I need shoulder massage.

The Shiatsu function quit after 7 months. Our precious similar chair massager with Shiatsu lasted for years. The neck massage is way too rough on this model. The air massage is nice as well as the heated vibrating seat but for $349 look elsewhere.

I'm 6'1" 200lb hockey player and it is not gentle. One of the heads digs right into your spine. It is not comfortable, relaxing or returnable. A co-worker had a less expensive one that worked very well by Homedics. It's not a bad massager, I wouldn't say it's amazingor anything even if I wasnt 6'4" tall. But for the price I'd say it's a good fairly strong masager.If you want a deep tissue massage on your lower back it's ok, it could protrude out a little more.The neck massager feels really strong. Unfortunately the adjustable height does not have much adjustment only a few inches. For me it's highest point puts it below my neck at my upper shoulders. My wife who is 4'10" only the lowest setting it's massages her ears lol. So we just turn the neck part off and it's really in the way.The only other complaint is that for me it massages up to my lower middle back and goes back down. You would have to be under 5 feet probably for it to reach your shoulderblades area.The air bags are nice for relaxing muscles on the sides of your torso. It is a feature I did not think I would like. Although they do create a problem you need a fairly thin torso to fit. My mother in law who is more obese cannot sit far enough back to get a back massage.If you were in the ideal height and thickness range I'd say this could be a very good massager. But don't let the adjustable height fool you. It has a very limited adjustment

The product broke before completing a year of use. It was not overused; I would say under used compared to the other devices we have at home. I was having some back pains so decided to use it. I set it up on program 1 and sometime in the session the motors got stuck. Now they are just stuck in that one spot making a horrendous noise. I will mention that I keep a very clean, smoke free, and pet free home. It is placed on a statement chair not used other than when using the device. I also am a 30-year-old, 125 lb, 5' 6" woman, there is nothing other than poor manufacturing that could have caused this break only after one year of light use. Save yourself the time and spend your $300 on something that doesn't break.
