The negative reviews for this product are clearly from their gel-tab competitors pushing FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt). I bought a 10g bag of this stuff from FitPowders a year ago and it lasted me the whole year. I just bought another 10g and was pleased to see they now include a measuring scoop in the bag. Not that it matters, you can't OD on it, you just waste it.I find it very sleazy that their competitors are pushing "oww my liver" bs. Look, the geltabs versions of rutaecarpine have their place, I guess. Some people just prefer pills. Some people, like me, would rather use a scoop and save a ton of money on something they really need. If FitPowders ever stops selling this stuff, people like me will just buy a kilo direct from China (I already researched that path) rather than the inflated prices for geltabs.Bottom line, this stuff really works, it's safe, and this is the cheapest form you can find of it. If you are highly sensitive to caffeine and often lie in bed unable to sleep staring at the ceiling cursing the fact you just HAD to have that Coke with dinner, this stuff is a godsend.

I'm super sensitive to any form of caffeine. I missed chocolate in my life so much, so bought this in hopes it would help me bring chocolate back into my life and still be able to sleep at night. It worked! I'm about to order more today. It comes with a tiny scooper thing. I just take one of those little scoops anytime I have chocolate. I put it on my tongue and swallow it with some water. It's extremely "chalky" in texture so be careful you don't accidentally inhale it. The package it comes in is tiny, it's not a lot you get, but you only take a little. I have not had any ill affects from taking this as described by another reviewer. No pain at all, not liver issues. It works beautifully for me. It's worth a try if you suffer from caffeine sensitivity.

I don't normally write reviews but this stuff is great stuff. The size was alot smaller than expected but it's still the cheepest option I could find. I hear Rutaecarpine can give some people a stomach ache if you take to much but personally I have never had an issue with it. I think the product is wonderful, very underrated and I am glad I found it for so cheap

The powder is very fine and so it can be difficult and a bit messy. However they do include a scoop with it. So far it works as it should and overall I like the brand and have purchased several products with them.

This lets me sleep when I've overindulged on coffee or chocolate. The taste is pretty neutral. I just put a scoop in my mouth and wash it down with a little water. Sometimes I need another scoop. Cheaper than the capsules and takes less water to get it down. I try to curtail my liquids in the evenings.

After careful experimentation with dozens of supplements over more than a decade I think I have a pretty refined sense of their effects on my body. I have tried both rutacleanse and daily-decaffeinate, which both were very effective, helpful, and from which I detected no ill effect. I was excited to find this much cheaper powder, and badly wanted it to work well for me, but each night I used it, and only the nights I used it, I consistently felt a small but persistent twinge of pain in my liver. Based on this I can not recommend this product. I think it is probably much less pure than other extracts on the market.

This appears to be cornstarch. Never paid this much for cornstarch in my life. Does not in any way eliminate caffeine from the system. Save your money dont get conned.
