it was an accidental purchase from Whole Foods, but I wanted to try it. it shows a healthy difference, unlike most other separate vitamins I take. Below are my findings after the first use: I woke up rested. brain fog and feeling tired is gone even in the dark ny winter with no sun I feel more energetic and less depressed also after taking this I noticed the possible classification in my breast tissue gone disappear I am not sure if it was because of this but I noticed it was gone after taking this 12 days which I am planning to ask my doctor also the constipation is under control too when I get stressed sometimes get constipated but after taking this with stressors left and right i was regular and timely . so for those who are looking for something this is something i can vouch in . i am gonna try that Nordic Multivitamin which i initially wanted to purchase and got this instead and am planning to share my result with Nordic one too.

Search hard for a vitamin c pill. This one is kind of big but it definitely gets the job done.
