Had this fan installed on my garage and it works fine. would buy again if I needed another.

Wonderful way to cut down on air conditioning expense
This product appears very durable, was easy to install and worked great this summer.

Poor crating
Product was fine but the packaging left a lot to be desired. I had a dent in the fan cover and a bent flange on the base plate.

Good construction, Good Value
I have purchased many roof mounted air vents thru the years. Price point was/is excellent. Construction wise this was manufactured in China. The one it is replacing was built in Mineral Wells, Texas. The China unit far exceeds the construction of the U.S. unit. Kinda sad to admit that, however, facts are facts. Shipping was prompt and warranty of 5 years is top drawer. Colin

Seized Motor (Doesn't Work-Don't Buy)
I installed this correctly on my roof here in Florida. It worked for about 1 month- only to find that the shaft/motor is now very difficult to move e.g. no longer freely moves. Now I need to find a better quality replacement motor/fan and go back into the hot attic to replace it. Stay away from this model!!!

Cool attic
Easy to install into an existing hole. I replaced a fan that i had to manually turn. The thermostat works perfectly
