WildSide Kangaroo Crunchy Dog Treats 6oz

The treats were delivered quickly, and my dog loves them! My 5-month old puppy has some serious food allergies and cannot eat any of the normal dog food proteins. After many vet visits, we've learned that Kangaroo is one protein that doesn't cause any problems with her digestion. Glad I found these treats!! They have been a great training tool. The treats are larger than her normal (Kangaroo) dog food kibble, so she spends more time chewing and enjoying the flavor!

My dog has fierce allergies and he is on a novel protein diet, with kangaroo being his only protein. It's very expensive and I'm constantly trying to find treats for him. I thought I had really scored with these, but when they arrived, they were kibble-sized training treats - which was incredibly disappointing. If I wanted kibble, I'd just feed him what he gets for meals...

These are the first Kangaroo based treats we have tried. Through many, MANY food trials and tests, we have finally found a food (kangaroo based) that works for my dog's allergies. The problem is there are very few treats on the market. Other "hypoallergenic" treats make him itchy or sick. So far (a few weeks in) we aren't having many itching issues. The only reason for not being 5 stars is the treats are VERY small - about the same size as his kibble. I was hoping for something slightly larger, easier to give as a treat to a 40lb dog. My other dog (with zero allergies) also likes them as well. Worth a try if you need an allergy-friendly treat!

Kangaroo is becoming more common as a food for dogs with allergies as, chances are, they haven't had it before so there will be no built-up allergy. The quest is on for treats. The flavor seemed popular, but the size is that of dried food. I really want something bigger, more like a treat than food. Convenient bag. Fair price. Hard to tell from the photo the size of the treats.

I have been feeding these wonderful kangaroo treats to my severely food and environmental allergic dog now for some time. I have reordered a few times. These treats are wonderful! My dog loves them, they don't upset her tummy like many treats and dog foods do, and they don't cause an allergic response in her. They last a long time as they are small and there are several in two separate plastic bags in the main Zip-loc pouch. I appreciate this as it keeps the rest super fresh while I'm feeding her from the one bag. These are a great treat for your allergic dog! Highly recommend them and the company! I will not feed her anything else. Keep up the great work and PLEASE PLEASE never change the formula!

Really hard! If you want to use this as a training treat, it's not good for this because it takes the dog a while to eat it. They are small in size, but super hard. So, maybe if you have a big dog with big chompers, it would work, but not great for small dogs.

I am giving this a 4 instead of a 5 because I am unhappy with the size. These used to come baked in a roundish shape which my dog was able to "crunch". The last 2 orders have come with a small flat treat which my large dog now swallows whole. He has sever allergies and can only eat grainfree kangaroo, and this is the only company that makes a treat, so I am kind of stuck. Other than this, or if you have a small dog, they are perfect.
