No measurement spoon!! How much is one dose unknown
It works ! But!!!! It doesn’t say 500mg how much it is as no measurement spoon. I took 1 teaspoon, but it comes up too much, I was anxious with heart palpitation for about 4 hours. So I still don’t know how 500 mg is.
