I use it to fix my Polk Audio subwoofer grill and it looks better than the factory.

The fabric is very light and thin. However, it does hide the speaker sufficiently

Stretching the fabric works best. Use a contact adhesive and let it dry till just tacky before putting the fabric on the grille.

The material is very easy to stretch. I used it to hide my tv components it a cabinet that they were in before behind glass doors and moved my speakers into the cabinet as well. It changed the look of my living room for under $15.00 . Easy to use there was enough material left over I covered the subwoofer.

I liked how transparent this stuff is. I have a bunch of cerwin vega speakers and I like the look of the red surround and want to be able to see them through the cloth, i still can see them easily with this cloth. It's strong yet transparent enough to see through them plus the sound won't get muddied from thick cloth. I bought 3 total packages and did all my speakers I have downstairs. I pack did 2 huge 12" or 15" cerwin vega speaker grills or probably 4-6 studio monitors or bookshelf speakers. Great product and fast shipping. It's nice that it's thin so you won't have alot of material to fold and glue, it holds nicely. I used 3035 speaker glue and it grabs almost instantly but can be repositioned if needed. It was a fun yet rewarding job. I love the new look now I can see my speakers through the covers. I noticed more modern speakers use a lighter material like this vs old vintage speakers seemed to use a heavy material that almost certainly would muddy the sound? I know my old material held a cigarette smell from the previous owner. This is so light I can't imagine it would hold a smell. I'm very happy with it. For some reason, my pics wouldn't upload. material arrived within good time ,that's for the one star. very thin and cheap ,transparent can see speakers through fabric, also look like it came cut by a 3yr.old, not one even side looks almost like it was torn than cut. A complete waste of time not so much money ,it was cheap....so in the end .... you get what you pay for!!!!

I've never tried to fix up a speaker grill cover before, but I'm glad I did. I used some Elmer's spray adhesive (cheap stuff) and it seems to be holding fine. In addition, I went into this with no research or prep. The corners were tricky and I'd recommend watching a video or something before trying this. The material is thinner than what was on the speakers before, but the function of this fabric is mostly aesthetic anyway and the results speak for themselves. It looks like a new grill cover. There is enough material to do several speakers.
