Ford Focus (2000-2011) Haynes Repair Manual (USA) (Paperback)

There isn’t many ways to get accurate information about the little details of a car for an average joe. If you want to do some simple fixes to your car and your even remotely mechanical inclined and trust yourself. I say go for it. But, it’s really just a manual. Has a lot of good information but, I wouldn’t expect anything less.

The book is pretty detailed and has been a great help for repairs. The diagrams could be a little more clear but overall it is a great book for diy.

Manual was promptly shipped, was in as advertised condition.

Haynes does agreat job, amazon had a very good price compared to most auto parts stores. I have used these books for years, everything from changing a light bulb to brakes to enginr work. Very pleased with these books

The pictures in the book are poor quality.

I have always relied on Haynes for easy to understand step by step instuction on repairs for almost all my cars. Sadly this manual DOES NOT COVER THE ST. I kept it anyways because it covers basic focus systems.

All the details in one place, especially those you do not find online. If you're working in your car ( and you're not an experienced mechanic) this helps a lot.

Desgraciadamente, libros como estos quedan ya obsoletos gracias a la cantidad de información que puede encontrar uno en internet. Hay secciones en las que solamente se describe el proceso y a veces no hay suficientes fotos. No tiene diagrama de fusibles.

Lied about the weight loss, but these Haynes manuals are the bible of car repair. If your car has a manual published by them, buy it. Save thousands on simple repairs and maintenance.

I have a 2009 model (Canadian market, if that makes a difference), and there are quite a few places where this manual is not the same as my '09. However, most of that is plastic stuff, things that were likely changed for cost etc. in later models. Everything mechanical seems correct so far, and the general location and method of removing/maintaining things has been correct so far. Typical Haynes manual, not a knock-off or anything. Would order one online again (Canadian Tire didn't stock this manual, and seemed to refuse to order one in).

I buy the Haynes book immediately after every car purchase. They are very well written and illustrated. However be aware that they do not contain a lot of troubleshooting information, but once you know what the problem is, these books are valuable to guide through the repair.
