Your Sunday Brunch Needs This!
There is everything to love about the taste of these pancakes! Perfectly soft and pillowy and delicious. The whole family loves these! And don't get me started on how easy they are to make - just need a few minutes. We always feel really good eating Bob's Red Mill products as their ingredients are top notch and such a good bang for your buck.

Overall this is a great product...most especially the cornbread mix, incredibly homemade flavor.

Pretty good and not bioengineered
It's good but not as good as the "K-" brand. I stopped using the K- brand because it now has bioengineered ingredients. Nope. These pancakes are heavier and not quite as good but at least it is not bioengineered. I may add a little more non GMO baking powder next time to see if that helps.

Good- I will try more of Bob's Red Mill mixes.
Just got this mix today, and my husband already made waffles with it. I've never used this brand before, and I like it because sometimes waffles feel like they get stuck in my throat:-) But this brand is moist and doesn't do that. I think I'm going to try Bob's Brownie Mix next.

My husband loves to make pancakes, but needs an easy mix. We like Bob's Red Mill, especially for its simple and wholesome ingredients. Price is comparable to other mixes with healthy ingredients. Good taste too.
