So far the best book for beginners.
Great Book for beginners. This book is affordable, easy to read and very informative. In short the author did a great job. It contains techniques and advises that will fully develop your awareness and becoming a mindfulness. If the whole concept of mindfulness is new to you then for whatever reason you decided to look it up on the first place, this book will help you learn a lot about it, at least that was the case with me. The book is well written and organized. You get to learn about the benefits of mindful living, how to get started, so Is not just theory. This book will truly help you a lot in terms of disciplining your self and your mind, to do mind over mood, change the way you thinking, and attract good moods in mind. Reading this book will help you to understand more what is mindfulness and the benefits to have and practiced it. I would highly recommend this book to everyone out there and especially not to be missed by those of us stuck in our fast lives.

Be present every minute, every day
It seems an easy thing to do – be present, now – when in fact it is one of the hardest things to do. We all have so much going on in our lives that we have learned to multitask and not focus solely on one thing. This book will help to overcome this practice. Being mindful is being aware of yourself and how you respond to things in life – good and bad. Following the exercises in this book will help you to be mindful of every aspect of your life and in turn, be happier in the long run. I would definitely recommend this book.

Would NOT Recommemd
Not worth the money. With 35 pages of large font & large print, this was more of a pamphlet. Someone could get more value from an online posting. Save yourself some money.

Being Mindful leads to a happier life !!!
I loved this book in every sense of the word. Mindfulness! and in everything we should always be mindful. We have the tendency to worry all the time and our minds are on so many things all at once that we can actually put burdens and stresses on ourselves in our everyday life. Being mindful is about patience and patience brings about contentment and contentment gives way to happiness. I have learnt from this book that if I become more mindful in the every day activities in my life i will achieve optimum satisfaction.

It provides easy exercises with no metaphysical or mystical overload
This little books practical guidance for being mindful in your daily life. It provides easy exercises with no metaphysical or mystical overload. No belief system is emphasized. The concept of mindfulness comes from Buddhism but this book never mentions this fact which is probably just as well. It might detract some people from the purpose of the book.
