Very intuitive to use and very clear display

Avoid this product! It is easily possible in a couple of keystrokes for an elderly person to jam the line open, making it impossible to call in or out. Resetting the phone back to usable state is then non-trivial, and pretty much impossible for someone hard-of-sight or memory-impaired. The phone seems otherwise well-designed, but that is irrelevant because of the major failing. We replaced this phone with a similar product made by a competitor and were very happy with the new one.

I like the audible numbers when I dial, the lakebed buttobs and the loud ring tones. It is not very easy to programme the phone book,or master the menuu because the type of digital text. This. Very difficult for those with poor sight like myself. The media could not be loaded. Have only received one phone in order, but there should of been two phones in the order, and paid for two phones I'm not happy.

A reasonable phone that can be set up relatively easily BUT, the sound quality on both the standard speaker and loudspeaker is poor. I bought this phone for my 90 yr old Mother and I'm dissappointed on it's sound performance.

I didn't like anything about this product. It is difficult to set up and impossible to change the initial language from French to English.

Le son est vraiment excellent ! Ma grand-mère à râler du fait qu'il était trop fort...On na baisser le son , un sourd pourrait entendre !La sonnerie retentit au fond du jardin , maintenant nous sommes sur quel sais que quelqu'un l'appel !Un plaisir de pouvoir parler au téléphone quelque temps de plus ... Elle n'essaie plus de partir avant la fin de l'appel vu qu'elle entend tous pour une fois !Je recommande pour toutes personnes malentendantes, c'est un vrai plaisir !
