Good book with interesting recipes
This book has some great information. I have been studying nutrition on my own for years and I agree with the authors position that a diet high in seafood and vegetables (high Omega-3) is one of the healthiest ways to eat. She provides a lot of detail on why this plan is so healthy without getting overly technical. She addresses issues such as concerns over mercury and consumption of dairy. She tries to use sustainable, high omega 3 options for her recipes as well. The recipes look amazing.I actually contacted the author before I purchased this book because I have a wheat allergy and I was not sure if that would keep me from enjoying the plan. She was very quick to respond and helpful and I found that there is a lot in the book that is wheat free and a lot more that can be adjusted.I recently moved to the ocean, so now I am looking forward to being able to take advantage of the fresh seafood here. This book will definitely help me and gave me some solid ideas for improving my help.Very well done and recommended

What a great book.
That book is very complete and well written. The author is going in details on how this diet is great and how it is a life style more than anything else. I love it from beginning to the end. I have changed my diet to that one and the response is great, I feel more satisfied, don't have cravings anymore, have lots of food to choose from and I lost weight on top of everything. Just take the time to read it and enjoy!

I am loving this !
I could not wait to write this review...this book is the boom y'all...don't waste your money on no other pescetarian plan book...while I was reading it...she writes as if she is in the room with you...and the book is so informative...the recipes are simple... I love the less ingredients ones...she refers to different chapters while you are reading to help you get better understanding....you know this was going to be a great read when I read that she worked with Bob Greene...lots of advice and its just makes sense...amazing...thanks

Gift
I gave this as a gift to a friend so I am hoping they are enjoying it, but she did show me some recipes that looked very good. I am a seafood lover.

Not well edited. Use common sense following recipes. If it doesn't seem right, it probably isn't.
I'm not going to let one recipe away an overall opinion about this book. I'm still excited about the Pescatarian diet. That said, the publisher should have done a better job of editing. Found a recipe on page 212 that called for a 1/4 cup of salt plus 1 tsp. of salt for a single recipe.

Goodbye FAT! Hello healthy❤️
Excellent book and easy read. I stay on this eating plan 90% of the year. Best eating plan ever. I am an NP so see the outcome of poor eating choices daily.I did loose the last 10lb of fat & fifty weight and have kept it off.

Great overall book
My son recently became a pescatarian so I wanted to learn more about the pescatarian concept, but from a quick, yet professional stance. So having found this book I would have to say that, it’s a good fit to learn the basics about the pescatarian diet plan. The recipes included are pretty helpful, as well.

Very Risky Advice
I originally gave this book 5 stars, but after getting really sick I've switched to 1 star. These are the symptoms that I had after carefully following the diet in this book: hair loss, diarrhea, fatigue, and itchy skin. It turns out that these are a result of eating too much selenium. There is enough selenium in just the recommended fish, but the book also instructs you to eat a lot of nuts many of which are high in selenium -- especially brazil nuts. After I stopped eating brazil nuts and cut back the other nuts to less than half of what is recommended I was able to recover. The hair loss from too much selenium is supposed to temporary, but it has not started to grow back yet several weeks later.

Maybe for someone else
I was looking for a good cookbook, but this wasn't good for me. The pictures make it seem like there are lots of pictures, but there are actually very few. There seems to be a lot of info about pescetarianism, which might be good for some people. But the recipe part of the book has few photos and is difficult to flip through

Love it!
Amazing meal ideas. Can't wait to try them when school decreases in insanity. It's Nice how it gives you a grocery list and a couple weeks planned out. Makes life easier.

Dull and too expensive
Not enough pictures for a cookbook

Five Stars
Wildly good book. Hard to find book-form content on this and it does the trick.
