I made money selling books after reading this guide
This is one of the best books I've ever read about selling books on Amazon. The book contains some information about sourcing, but for me the greatest information in the book was based on understanding the mindset of your typical Amazon buyer. The writer goes into great lengths explaining the behavior of the Prime members on Amazon. The book also explained how to price books. I was able to take books I had around my house and make a profit on them. I realized that in my ignorance of Amazon pricing structure, I had been leaving money on the table. As an example, a coffee table book that I had for years sold for $36. If I had not read this book, I would have charged $9.99 for it, not realizing that it was worth more. This book has so much info and it is obvious that the author is actually selling on Amazon and is familiar with the used book market. I have profited from his experience and continue to find little golden nuggets of information when I reference the book.

Great book with a lot of good information
I was a little hesitant to buy this book because of the price, but I'm glad I did. Just one tip about religious book buying, something I had never considered, repaid the price of the book three times over within a week. The book also goes into more detail about media sourcing and grading than anything else I've seen. There are extensive sections describing where and what to buy and good information about "long tail" theory and how to use it.If you get morally outraged very easily then you may not like some of his black hat tricks, but you can always choose to ignore them. In fact, that section is only a couple of pages out of a total of 180 pages.Overall, a great book with a lot of valuable information for anyone selling on Amazon.

This book is fun to read
This book is fun to read. Mr. Valley knows his business well and he provides you with a platform of facts to build your FBA book selling business on. However, I have decided after reading the book that I am not quite ready to use FBA because of the price of resources I need to purchase in order to keep my initial business plan at a level of professionalism demanded by the competition in FBA sales. You will find sound advice from someone who uses this selling platform successfully. Read it and take what works for you. You will find this book to be a quick text because his explanations are easy to understand.

The FBA Hustle is Real
probably would have taken me 2x as long to get this micro business off the ground if it wasn't for this book. multiple FBA sites point to this manual for good reason. After using the sourcing tactics + pricing strategies, the first day my books were received and shipments closed a book sold within hours for 75 bucks! the fba hustle is real and peter valley has opened my eyes. An easy, almost fun business to start if you like books at all and you love making money. as a college kid, this side income is a nice little boost at the end of the month.thank you Mr. Valley, all filler no killer. highly recommended.

I learned a lot from this book
I am a new seller and this book gave me more in depth information that I had already found in other books. I should have read this book first! This is a very thorough book and I am now more confident about selling the items I am buying and that I am heading in the right direction. Thanks!

Book teaches Marketplace Sellers how to Rip Off Buyers
This is an appalling book. It is supposed to teach sellers how to run an Amazon business. Instead, the obviously ethically-challenged author talks about how to pass off Used Goods as New to unsuspecting buyers (which, the last time I heard is in the Penal Code under FRAUD). The immorality starts on page 161.So not only is this book not worth the cover price being charged, but it is teaching sellers to do things that can cause them to lose their Selling Privileges on Amazon. Unbelievable. I realize some people will sell anything for a buck, but apparently this author abandoned ethics and morality (as well as Legal Behavior) in his life and writings some time ago. If looking for guidance on running an Amazon business, I would suggest shopping for a different manual.

Beginer yes. Book seller-No!
Not gonna lie this was a big disappointment for an intermediate seller. Some of the stuff he put in here was a literal joke like where to find books: thrift shops ect.duh.... His information on sales ranking is good but you can find that all online... If you are a new seller and need info on sales ranking, Ect it is probay worth the price but for an intermediate seller who has sold over 100 books it is a joke. I know more than this guy.
