Creamy and strong!
I absolutely love this blue cheese! The texture is creamy and it just melts in your mouth - the cheese just crumbles apart, but is plenty moist. The flavor is strong with subtle nutty undertones. This is one of the better blue cheeses for the price point.

This blue cheese is ah-mazing, but
Man oh man, do they kill ya on the shipping!!! $29.99 for the SHIPPING!!! YIKES! Wish I could find it locally, but absent that, I will have to do without. That shipping is killer!

A favorite
I buy Castello blue cheese frequently. It’s a great all purpose blue. I use it for stuffing big green olives for martinis, and it works just as well on a cheese board or to add to salads.

I've gotten sick 😫 from this blue Cheese. It was re-wrapped. This is from Whole Foods too. Will call them up
