Should have bought this years ago
I have tried algae pad and plastic algae scrappers. They require a lot of physical effort and if you have a big tank, a lot of time. The Seachem algae scrapper was recommended to me by a guy who occasionally comes to help me sort out problems with my tropical tank. It really works and it so easy to use. The fact that the scrapper is white also helps as you can see the algae that you might have missed.

A bit lacking
I have a Juwel Vision with curved glass front, unlike other blade scrapers I’ve had this one struggles with it, I used the non metal scarper end which worked ok but needed a bit of work to do so. For the price I’m not impressed
