I love this book. English is not my mother tongue, so I really enjoy it when I find a book that is very well written and makes it so easy to understand and absorb its content.I highly recommend it for people who want to understand how color works in interior design!

This was a required text for a design class. I found it pretty useful (in conjunction with the other text), and ended up keeping both for reference books when the class was completed.

I would recommend this book for anyone undertaking an interior design course or anyone who needs to understand and mix colour.

I used it for my color in interior residential design class. After taking a Color class I did not read something new, also in the chapter of psychology of the color was nothing new said, just general information which people anyway already know. But if its your first encounter with the color, it is a nice book for total beginners.

This is a very helpful book, teach me the base of the color in interior design. The words are clear.

This is so much better than simple color wheel books. I got a lot of affirmation for choices I thought might be wrong.

Color is a design element that is more of an art but uses some level of science. John Pile's book is a clear and concise guide to designing with color. The photos are rich and offer delightful examples of rooms in which color creates an atmosphere of perfect harmony.
