It does the job.
I have an old Hamilton Beach air purifier and this filter fits properly and it does the job. What I cannot find is the right sized carbon filter.

Does NOT fit model 04163!
Wrongly described as fitting HB 04163. It does not. Unfortunately did not try installing it until 1 week past return date. Frustrating! Also, Amazon said, "You ordered this before," but that too was incorrect. The previous filter fit. This one (supposedly the same filter) is too big.

HEPA Filter Fits and works Fine
Older model Hamilton Beach, I had in storage. This aftermarket HEPA Filter w/ stiff cardboard frame, fits even better than the original plastic frame filter.. Seems to work just fine. No noise, No smell, No odor nothing like that .. A new carbon filter, was also purchased separately, and attached in front of this one using the corner mounts.

Fits well.
First time buying this brand. Fits my Hamilton Beach 04913 perfectly. Not and OEM but they are clear about that in product information. Appreciate that. Quality of materials looks good. Impossible to tell if it meets HEPA standards but from all appearances it seems to be a legit replacement product.

Light chemical smell
Has a light chemical smell to it. Fits well, frame made of cardboard but strong enough to do the job.

Not compatible with Hamilton Beach 04163
Replacement HEPA filter #04913 by Life Supply USA is NOT COMPATIBLE with Hamilton Beach 04163 as advertised! I have purchased this replacement filter 7 times in the past without an issue but the manufacturer has changed the the size of the filter without correcting their description. The filter I received had been opened so I assume someone else had the same issue with the size being wrong and returned it to Amazon. Amazon will not accept my return because I was 2 weeks past their return date policy. I had ordered this filter to have on hand so when the machine indicated it needed a new filter I would already have it. I hope Life Supply USA will accept the return or exchange it for a compatible filter.

Fits my air filter
I have had a difficult time finding a replacement filter for my Hamilton Beach air filter - this one works just fine! I am so glad to finally be able to use my air filter again.
