At first I thought it was really cool, but after about 3 days it started sounding crackly and not even as good as the internal speaker on my Chromebook. There's a delay too with the wireless so even though it can increase the volume for a TV show or something the mouths don't match. As far as being portable...yes, you can move it around as long as you move it RIGHT next to your laptop. This has never worked successfully for me to put it in another room and leave the computer elsewhere. It causes significant drag on my internet connection as well. Like too many devices at once and it goes in and out a lot. The sound at its best is about what you'd get from a tiny pocket speaker you could buy at any wireless cell phone kiosk for $10. This is about as big as a paver brick, so not super inventive or powerful for such a big item in today's plethora of tech. Pass.

The company asked me to write a review, so here it is.My impression of this product was of its mediocrity. The battery life is substandard for these devices, the sound quality has some sort of odd "staticy" quality about it, I'm guessing because of the speakers. It wasn't as loud as I expected, and the manual I received was for a different product entirely.On the other hand, it was only $20, and it shipped fairly expediently. You get what you pay for. Quality products are very expensive nowadays. If you're looking for a low budget speaker just to do the job but not necessarily do it spectacularly, it's hard to beat this $20 value.

Audio was ok and was happy at first but quickly realized the battery life is horrible.Lasts half of my work day (about 4 hrs) on half volume and nothing with a lot of bass or any other music that would draw a lot of power.The battery also drains completely dead even if it's off.

I have about a half-dozen speakers like this that I have been testing. It in credible how this one skips (i.e. something is not right with bluetooth connection). Any interference (eg moving phone) causes music to skip. Do not have the problem on any of the others.

Sound is not very loud, but quality of sound os good. Less mechanical than my phone speakers. However, I cannot get my laptop to work with it...it doesn't see my laptop, and keeps trying to attach to everything else on Bluetooth. *pouts*

Since I purchased this product, I have had trouble with the turning off and on! Now that's all it will do and only works when it wants to. Not happy at all with this product and it was never very loud to begin with.

Blew out after being attached to a TV, and wasn't very loud to begin with. Wouldn't recommend using with a television, lol

Great little speaker for the price! Sounds good outside, more than enough volume and clarity.
