Way less expensive then buying those small bottles and this stuff is alays in recipes! The Chinese call it their "Ketchup"

Not quite the flavor i’m used to
This is a different texture than i’m used to, but the flavor was the big surprise. More molasses flavor, than soy sauce. Looking forward to finding additional uses for it, than my usual pasta sauce
