Really nice for the price!
After seeing several windblockers going for several hundred dollars, and not knowing if I would actually enjoy having one, I hesitated to buy one. When I found the Raceland windblocker, I figured that $50 was a reasonable risk. First of all, the product does significantly block the wind buffeting through the passenger cabin. With the windows up, even at highway speeds, the turbulence is not much more than having a sunroof open in a hard-top car. This allows me to put the top down much earlier in the Spring, and keep it down much later into the Autumn. When you want the wind blowing through your hair however, the windblocker simply folds down onto the rear deck. Installation was quite easy, involving removing two bolts from the seat belt struts, and threading the installation bolts of the windblocker through the holes. It took all of five minutes to get it installed, and removal is just as easy.It is not perfect, however. The mesh material is quite thin and is easily punctured. Also, it is no longer possible (at least for me) to close the roof while sitting inside the car when the windblocker is installed. This is because in the up position, it is not possible to reach over the blocker (as you can see in the pictures of the item). When in the down position, it covers the handle of the folded roof, and in an intermediate position, it interferes with the folds of the rear window. I have not tried it since I got a new roof with a glass window, but I assume that the results will be similar. That having been said, I would think that any NA Miata windblocker would have similar issues.Overall, this product is a fantastic value, and I couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommended.

Does look nice and blocks wind noise a fair bit.
Had to add several washers to make the brackets sit properly parallel. Brackets by themselves do not sit flush against mount points. 1992 Miata NA.It should be noted that it is harder to close the top while wind blocker is upright, this is of course as expected.

but it works great in reducing wind turbulence
I had to add spacers for it to bolt in correctly, but it works great in reducing wind turbulence. I like its operation. Time will tell as to its durability.

the install is incredibly easy, but i did have the narrow issue
For a 50 dollar windblocker i was expecting something cheaper, but the quality of this actually feels really well. the install is incredibly easy, but i did have the narrow issue. but this isnt new to me when it comes to car parts. just adjust it accordingly. for anyone wonder as well, it fits with my hard dog m2 sport double diagonal roll bar, abit tight with my seat all the way back but fits nevertheless.

A functional, and inexpensive alternative to more expensive windblockers
I purchased this $50 windblocker to replace the $250 windblocker that presented constant frustration taking it off and on. The Raceland windblocker is well designed, functions as well as the $250 windblocker, and can remain in place when I put to top up.

Good quality and mounted fine
Good quality and mounted fine, as well as any aftermarket accessory. I mounted it with the arms up, so that it rests on the package shelf to block wind leakage under it.

Does a decent job, great price
Buy this. NOW.It is waaaaaaaay cheaper than anything out there, fits on (a miata) easily, doesn't fall over, and adds style AND functionality to sexy top down driving. I get comments on it all the time.It adds the sexiness of a roll bar, without being too aggressive or obnoxious, and keeps the wind to a minimum. What else do you want?

Works good - much better price than the Miata specialized sites.
very effective at slowing the wrap around air rush. Mounting around a roll bar can be a pain but worth it.
