Authentic LW Extra-Large Shipping Labels DYMO Labels for LabelWriter 5XL and 4XL Label Printers Only White 4" x 6" 1 Roll of 220

I have a dymo printer and these are the only labels I will ever buy again. I thought I could go the cheaper route but the papers were so thin it jammed my printer. These are excellent quality and print perfectly!

The labels are the perfect size for printing shipping labels, measuring 4” x 6”. The quality is excellent, with crisp printing and easy-to-read text. The roll of 220 labels lasts a long time, making it very cost-effective. The LW 5XL came with a small roll of the 4x6 labels, unfortunately my roll was kind of stale. I had ordered a fresh roll with the printer and the new roll worked wonderfully. These are excellent for shipping and I find myself printing large storage labels for garage boxes so I can figure things out from a distance. I’ve had good luck all along with the Dymo labels.

The Dymo 5XL only works with authentic Dymo labels that have an RFID chip. When these labels arrived, the packaging wasn’t as fancy as I expected, so I worried they might not be authentic or might be older stock without an RFID chip. I decided to check for myself, so I actually unrolled and re-rolled an entire roll. I wouldn’t recommend this as it’s very time consuming. Sure enough there was an RFID chip underneath at the end of the roll. Also, the Dymo Connect desktop app recognized the label roll as authentic. I’m not a big fan of the RFID tagging, but the price on 5 rolls of these authentic labels wasn’t so bad. Note: I had trouble getting the labels to feed in the Dymo at first. It helped to peel off the first label, leaving behind just the backing paper. Try this if you have trouble getting the first label to feed through.

I have had this workhorse for a few years now and did not want to write a review until I knew how well it would stand up over time and it has not let me down. It outpaces and out performs every other thermal printer i have ever owned. It shows no signs of wear at all. If you own a non-thermal printer, stop wasting money on ink and get yourself one of these simply amazing machines. The only drawback is the price of the labels when it comes time to buy more, but it still is cheaper in the long run that buying endless ink refills every two or three weeks..

does the job required

Having purchased the genuine labels, the printer rejected them. I bought these to have a spare roll when the roll in the printer finished and as a result I missed the return window.

Non-genuine labels. These are fake Dymo labels, easy to spot if you've had the real ones before. Dymo labels are branded on the reverse with a bar code & their branding and are placed on an off-white sticker label backing. The ones we received were cream, no branding and the roll was SO big that our Dymo 4XL wouldn't close. Ended up contacting Amazon for a full refund, which is much appreciated as we physically cannot use these within the 4XL labelwriter.

Great print quality labels
