This neck wrap is amazing! I have two herniated disks in my neck after a car accident. This causes neck pain, headaches and radiating arm & shoulder pain due to nerve impingement. I have been living with a lot of nerve pain in the weeks since the accident. Chiropractic treatment helps somewhat, but the pain is bad at night. I have been using this neck wrap since yesterday and let me tell you the relief is palpable. This is helping with the neck bone pain as well as the radiating nerve pain and the headaches. There is a good amount of heat on high and it feels like it really penetrates the injured area. I also tried it on my lower back and shoulder and this little thing is great for targeted areas. If only I could give it more than five stars. I have been through some heating pads with a previous thoracic injury, but I was not able to find one that adequately targeted the neck without securing the pad somehow. Until now! This heating pad is so convenient. You just plug it in and put it on with the easy magnet closure. An added bonus is you can also use a portable power bank to power the neck wrap; it comes with a USB cord. This is great because I can plug in into my power bank and wear the wrap anytime anywhere with no outlet needed for ultimate portability. It has three heat settings and the shut-off timer is very helpful. Great product; it was worth every penny. Buy it!

I got this because my neck was very sore after sleeping in an awkward position. It is very soft and comfortable to wear while doing something else (reading, watching tv, etc.). It does require a USB port to plug it in so that is another expense if you do not already have one you can place within several feet of wherever you're planning to use it (about $15 at Staples). As other reviewers have pointed out it is pretty small so not a good choice if you want to warm your shoulder or back in addition to your neck. It warms the back of your neck and a little to the sides and really nothing else. It may not get as warm as you'd like but it also won't burn you if kept on a long time. The big plus for me is that it is much more comfortable than trying to wrap a full size heating pad around your neck and getting it to stay there.

Arris is a brand that I have had good luck with in the past; quality products. With so many different heated neck wraps to choose from, I chose a brand that I trust. The price is great as well. The wrap heats up pretty quickly. I plug mine into my monitor while I am working. It is soothing pain relief. The material is soft and silky, just like the handy carrying bag. It comes with instructions and is pretty simple to use with 3 temperature settings and 3 time settings. It’s pretty light, which I like. If I want more weight I can always put a scarf over it. This is exactly what I was looking for to warm/relax my neck area, and relieve pain that can trigger migraines.

Potentially great little heating pad.It’s soft, small, portable and super convenient, provides adequate warmth, and will run off a car adapter or portable battery bank. The magnetic clasp is strong and it won’t fall off.BUT, the button to turn it on has been a bit difficult since we got it. It usually requires multiple presses for it to register a button press. Also, after a couple of days something went wrong and even on the lowest setting it began to burn the neck so that we had to put a napkin or something between it and the skin. It’s like it just kept getting hotter and hotter.I wanted to love this product, but causing burns on the skin just isn’t going to do it for me.

It works well, but use with Caution! I have only used it on low for 15 to 30 min. I've used it for about two weeks & all of a sudden one nite I noticed my neck was burning. It blistered my neck. I will continue using it after my neck heals, but I will put a flour sack towel between me & the pad. I got it for the reason I can use it in the truck on long drives.

This is comfortable; however, there are two things to note. It takes a USB plug (not included), and the cord comes off the right side of the device. I sleep on the wrong side of the bed, so I have to wear it inside out to keep the cord out from under my neck.

This was really great, for three days. Then it just wouldn't turn on at all. Tried different usb plugs, different rooms, it just gave up. #Quitter!

I was pleasantly surprised how good this neck wrap is. I bought it because of the reviews and was not disappointed. The magnetic clasps hold very well and the heating is great. It covers most of the back of the neck, but not around the sides. However, if you need it on the side of your neck, it would be very easy to use it on the side of your neck also. The wrap is pretty soft and, compared to most I have seen, it conforms to the shape/contours of your neck better pretty well. I also like that I can wear a turtle neck with this underneath and it is still comfortable. The silky material is very pleasant on my neck. I like the ability to make it warmer than most of the other heated neck wraps allow for. A low heat relaxes my neck, but I have a lot of pain and the higher heat makes a difference. One nice feature that's not advertised or mentioned in reviews is that you can turn it upside down and then it heats the top of your neck where it meets your head, and it remains comfortable. The magnetic clasps do a good job keeping it in place so it doesn't move around or slip. I'm six foot three inches so I'm a little taller than some people. On me, it covers about three quarters of the length of the back of my neck. Maybe a little more. I imagine for people who are shorter, this could cover the entire back of the neck. The quality is very good. Its much better than the Velcro types which, as some reviewers mentioned for other products, can feel like they are choking you. I recommend this very highly to anyone who can benefit from putting heat on their neck. This wrap is exactly as advertised and it really is great!

Mi serviva un prodotto che scaldasse tutto il collo in quanto alcunoi arrivano solamente fino alle spalle. Questo è ottimo. Tessuto simil raso, si chiude con delle calamite e non stringe. Ci sono 3 livelli di calore ed anche il timer. Spina con USB. Consiglio.

Dieses Heizkissen reagiert sehr schnell, Bedienung sehr übersichtlich, sehr dünn, genau soetwas habe ich gesucht, habe vorher 2 andre HK ausprobiert.

Ce produit est super pour quelqu'un comme moi qui ai toujours froid. Très discret sa chaleur se diffuse tout le long de la colonne vertébrale. La batterie se recharge très facilement avec le cordon fourni et les réglages de la commande sont bien pratiques.
