Liked soap at first but after period of time my husband be came allergic to it

this was not as I expected, oils did not ...
this was not as I expected, oils did not mix well with the soap base, the oils would just sit on top no matter how much I mixed them. I would stir and stir and as soon as I poured my molds the oils just sat on the top of the soap bar
